I'm pretty sure the bed is made out of plastic. The halls and rooms are so echoed that a man clearing out his throat all morning  in the room next to us had us pretty ill. There was a barking dog all evening and children screaming in the hall ways in the early AM.vThe mold on the wall is unpleasant but the smell off it is worse. We pulled the bed out away from it only to reveal the sticky hairy mess on the ground. The toilet was clogged, the sink leaked and there was a dirty wet towel in the room when we arrived. Really reasonable price but we suffered hard for a few $ less than another hotel

Noisiest and hairiest room I've ever paid for

Arriving at the Tulip Xanh Hotel, along with four other backpackers, after initial language barriers with the receptionist, we got a good room for little money. Breakfast included. (self-made yogurt and marmalade) The owner organized a very good guide/easy rider, with good knowledge of English. A very intelligent man named Phan Van Bang, with a very interesting life story! For our journey onwards, the owner organized a coach at local prices, and gave us another snack on the way!

Kind and Helpful

The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is spacious, there is no shower room, apparently this is the norm for Asian countries) all the water flows down the floor..but what is NOT allowed is a terrible noise isolation, at the reception the conversation lasts until midnight, and it starts again from 5am.

This hotel is well located, only 5 min by walk from Da Lat Market. Rooms are big enough and the beds are comfy, breakfast is good as they serve you a main plate, fruit, coffee and yogurt, and the price is very cheap. They also offer tours (but I recommend you to go with Easy Rider Da Lat, ask for Mr. Hung) and also motorbikes rental!

GOOD CHOICE

I was welcomed at the desk, told about the attractions  and shown to my room. A large room with all modern comforts except AC. . The room had a good fan heater system. Remember Dalat is much cooler than HCM or Hanio. The Price was also very good. I organised two tours at the deck. One a city tour and the other a country side tour both were great and good value  .

It's actually quite cheap for the stay. It costs 5usd per person including breakfast. The breakfast is quite good! However, for the stay, I would say it's just normal. But try to take into account the cost per night, it's considered as not bad already.

Honestly the best spot in vietnam so far the owner is amazing the prices are really fair the rooms are super nice and clean the bus droped us right in front of the door and right away we were sold a must if you go in dalat 

Best hotel in dalat 

We booked the rooms with two double beds and they were really big. They were discreetly furnished with a small living room as well. The only problem was that they were located on the front of the hotel, a busy and noisy street. Earplugs needed for those who have light sleep. Breakfast offered as little as anywhere in Vietnam, enough. At the reception they offer booking service, tours, etc. We took advantage of them but afterwards we felt they were quite expensive.

Spacious but noisy

This is the third time in the last two years that we've stayed at this hotel, I really like Dalat, the room has a balcony with two large double beds, bathroom, shower, toilet, TV, mirror, shaft, tea, fan, carpet, three pillows for the bed, warm clothes, clean bedding, hot water only in the bathroom in the sink is cold. The room has two double beds with a balcony of $13 a day plus breakfast from $6 to $10 included.

Cheap and comfortable.

It's simple and efficient, but for the price, we don't ask for more. Avoid rooms with windows overlooking the main street because it's extremely noisy. Very nice and lovely personal reception. If it wasn't for the young man from the reception the next morning who refused to serve us breakfast (included in the price of the room) when the manager we met the day before had told us that it wouldn't be a problem given that our bus was at 7:00. Everything else was very good.
