The estate is a complex of 14 type houses, located in 3 locations, and has its own Restaurant “Vozera”.

On the territory of the village of Nikoltsy, 11 there is a reception and houses: “Mint”, “Mediterranean”, “Eco”, “Scandinavian”, “Rancho”. From the restaurant 200 meters, lakes Naroch and Myastro are within walking distance. A house with a sauna near a pond, located on a separate territory with a pond, a swimming pool on the street, a swing and a sauna in the house, which is included in the price.

The second location is located at the address Nikoltsy village, 18, on the territory there is a bathhouse and houses: “Breeze”, “Grass”, “Rowan”. From the restaurant 350 m, lakes Naroch and Myastro are within walking distance.

The third location is located at Gatovichi village, st. Novaya, 2. The Ozerny and Mayak houses are located on the same territory. House 'Skala' in a separate fenced area. This location is 4 km from the restaurant and bathhouse, Beloe and Naroch lakes are within walking distance.

Each house has a terrace or balcony, the surrounding area has its own barbecue area, and many houses have a fireplace. Also included in each house is a bundle of firewood. There is a wood-burning sauna with birch brooms, a relaxation room, a terrace and a barbecue.

Your stay always includes breakfast in the Vozera restaurant; a rate with three meals a day is available on the A LA CARTE menu.

By pre-order, it is possible to organize horseback riding, individual excursions around the Naroch region, kayaking, ATV tours, rental of bicycles, tubing, hammocks and sun loungers are provided free of charge. For children throughout the estate there are playgrounds, a children's corner in the restaurant, a separate menu, board games, tubing in winter, and bicycles in the warm season. On Sundays at the restaurant we hold master classes on making pizza.
