Location

V Karelii Private house is located in Lakhdenpokhya. Lake Ladoga is 850 m away. Grocery stores, a market with farm products, a pizzeria and a cafe are within walking distance. Delivery from stores is possible. Surrounded by the house, there are no passing roads and the hustle and bustle of the city. Ladoga skerries and a lake are also available nearby. Nearby guests can find the most mushroom and berry places in this region. Sortavala is 41 km away. Guests can also visit the Valley of Waterfalls, a rope park, a Donkey farm, Mount Filina, Valaam Island, Ruskeala Mountain Park and the Paaso settlement.

At the cottage

The cottage has a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and access to the veranda. The kitchen-dining room has a gas stove, dishwasher and necessary utensils. The kitchen windows overlook the children's play area outside.

The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, sink, washing machine. The bathroom is combined.

On the second floor there are two isolated bedrooms and a walk-through room with a sofa and rocking chair. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony.

For families with children, a high chair from 0 to 3 years old, a playpen bed, and a children's chaise longue are provided.

In the courtyard there are a children's swing, a bungee for older children, a nest swing, as well as a two-story children's house with a slide and a climbing wall.

A barbecue area is equipped, there is a tandoor. A swimming pool will be installed in the summer.
