You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 700 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a photo identification will be requested on arrival. The name on the photo identification must match the guest's name. Please note that upon reservation guests will receive a check-in form and a link in order to pay the deposit. Guests who are unable to pay the deposit via the link will be asked for their bank details at check-in. All requests for late arrival and early checkout are subject to confirmation by the property. The following surcharges apply for arrivals after check-in hours and departures before check-out hours: - Check-in from 21:00 to 24:00 – EUR 22 - Check-in from 24:00 to 06:00 – EUR 44 - Check-out from 06:00 to 08:00 – EUR 20 - Check-in or Check-out on a public holiday – EUR 10 Fees are cumulative.
