Nice stay at the south entrance of Kotor, near old town.
Free car park was available.
Everything was clean and cosy.
It was slightly noisy with the people next door but the bed was quite comfortable.
No heater but it was ok for the night!
There was minimal equipment for cooking but it was enough!
Most importantly, Vicky was very nice and friendly!! She recomended us Tanjga restaurant which is close, cheap and has excellent food (meat and veggies).
The appartment is ideally located if you want to leave Kotor and head to Lovcen NP by leaving early and beating trafic.

Cosy stay in Kotor near old town

As soon as I was greeted by the lady owner at the bus station, I understood that all those accolades in previous reviews were genuine and real. This part of Kotor town, called Škaljari, is a bit outside of the town walls, but definitely within the walking distance. The location of the property has distinctively rural, tranquil ambience and the house itself, although an old and typical one for this part of the world, is renovated and kept in great condition. The apartment was also clean and well maintained and the real bonus was free usage of a spacious patio around the house. The lady owner has explained all the details regarding the local attractions, has suggested a wonderful restaurant nearby and has also managed to find a car rental agency that offered their cars at fair price. Really a tremendous help that has improved my overall exploration of Bay of Kotor attractions. I enjoyed eating my breakfast in the morning at the patio and also a time in the evening overwhelmed by the tranquility of the area. It is understandable to say that the quality of sleep was great and all those who decide to take this property will perfectly understand the real value of the sleeping outside the town walls. To summarize, my stay was a memorable one, I would definitely stay in this property again if I return to wonderful Kotor town in the future. Consequently, I recommend this property without any hesitation.

Serene ambience, ideal for Kotor town stay

The location is perfect—five minutes to the bus station, five minutes to the supermarket, five minutes to a great traditional BBQ restaurant, and five minutes to the old town. The room is sparkling clean. The bathroom is sparkling clean. The owner is very nice and works very hard to make sure that everything is well done. She is very helpful with the local tips. The air conditioning works great. I would absolutely stay here again. 

Great stay perfect location

We loved it at vicky's place, she is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are at a perfect location, really close to the old town, but not in the bustle of the city. The room and kitchen are very clean, and there is a nice garden where you can sit and relax. Vicky apartments is great value for money! 

Very pleasant stay

Vicky welcomed us so warmly. This beautiful house looks the set of "Mamma Mia2 movie... definitely enjoyable. Rooms are clean and delicious, beds are comfy and clean. Wifi strong. Clean and great bathroom, shared just with one more room, nice kitchen and great background. 5 minutes walk from the main bus station and 10 minutes form the city center. Excellent

Kotor is the place to visit- and since you are already there, Vicky apartment is all what you need unless you up for a more luxurious holidays as this place suitable for people on budget and who does not care about any fancy stuff. 
Saying that, a few things that i did not like, even tho it did not bother me too much- no air conditioner/fan was present in our room, so at night i had trouble sleeping. But that's me, the guy who can't stand the heat.

Perfect location, small but clean rooms. Strong WiFi signal, spotless bathroom.

(4) room small Hotel in a 500 Years old house near everything.
Compare to another stay close by where we payed 17€ ensuite, with TV, AC, fridge, normal size room. Lucky the smiling lady made it easier, but.....
The Golden age happy and energic lady Vicky makes the place, the homy place. She always smile and ready to help everyone. Rooms, bathroom & garden are well kept. Each room has a flat TV and free WiFi and access to a kitchen. The house is 500 years old, and she lives upstair and do everything around. The house has 4 rooms : ( 1) studio ensuite (3 persons), (1) double ensuite with outside kitchen, (1) bedroom 3 beds & (1) small double double bed, share bathroom & kitchen. We had the small double bed, share bath for 20€ + tx. The bed was comfortable and there is good light, but hot with no fan..If the size of the bedroom was decent, it would be OK. But here we are, it is just the size of the bed and we surely couldn't get dress together. It should be for 1 person only, and we had booked for an unusual 4 nights. We could have switch the 5 local channels TV for a fan easily.
