Nice little place tucked way in a nice quiet area of Dubrovnik, Martin the owner was very welcoming and helpful from showing us where the best spot for the beach is and where the best place to dine, also organised us a taxi back to airport

Nice place

First of all, the welcome from Martin and his family is really warm. They made us feel at home... always there for good advice, a handshake in case of problems. A golden family! The villa is located 10/15 min max from Old Dubrovnik and 5 minutes walk from the beaches of Copacabana and coral beach. Being away from the old town is really a plus if you want to be a little calm. The villa pool is a real happiness, among the lemon trees and figs... definitely! And really a special mention for this warm, interesting family and the care for its tenants!!, Jerome and Elisabeth!

It's a lovely house.

10 mins walk to beaches, restaurants, shop and bus stop. Short bus ride to Dubrovnik Old Town. Run by friendly, helpful family.
Spacious, clean, well appointed apartment with pretty seating area outside. The pool area was a nice place to relax.

Great place to stay

The room has what it needs, it's not luxurious but not even a cupboard. The best thing is the shower, it's spacious and comfortable. The double bed is provided with two single beds that are not optimal but you can sleep well anyway. It would have been convenient to have mosquitoes at the windows to sleep with the air conditioning not on. The parking lot is outside the structure. To get to the particular beach it takes 10 minutes and not 2 minutes as Chiario says.

No infamy or praise

On arrival, Ivan was extremely welcoming. Our room wasn’t ready as our flight was an early morning one so they accommodated our luggage and helped us with something to do locally for an hour. Our room was immaculate and came with everything we needed including perfect WiFi and air con. The pool is absolutely brilliant along with the view from the mountain top. Definitely views you must see! Local amenities are all within walking distance or very short (and cheap) Uber trip. Same goes for the old town. Perfect stay that I couldn’t fault. Highly recommend.

Brilliant location, always clean and friendly hosts

Very nice and friendly welcome from the owner who lives on the property and does not hesitate to give his good tips. As for the studio, simple but clean comfort at the appointment! A kitchenette and a terrace are available. Mattresses would still deserve to be a little more comfortable. All guests have access to the pool located at the top of the property with a few deals, which is a plus and rather nice after a day of visiting! Especially since during our stay there were few people. A free parking lot is also available right in front of the property, and there are no seats missing. The neighborhood is rather residential but small restos are located 5 feet away, the street without pedestrian restos and which leads to the beach is undoubtedly the kindness and availability of our son Martin's stay, and we have never had any doubt that this neighborhood is still available.

Welcome to the top, nice pool!

Just had an amazing 11 nights in this place. The family take great pride in this property and will go to any length to make sure you have a wonderful stay. They have a wonderful view point from their complex. Thanks to Ivan, his Dad and family for making our holiday special. Michael & June Briggs Portadown Co Armagh N. Ireland 

Superb location 

The description said most rooms have a sea view not true. There is a lot of building work going on around this and it can be noisey. Very basic accommodation but I'm if your not too fussy. Don't plan to return.

Very basic

A bit far from the city center but still the location is good. The quiet neighborhood is only a five to ten minutes walk from the restaurants. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet and clean as the rest of the premises.

Nice and quiet place close to restaurants

Located not far from local buses, close to a mini-market, restaurants and nice beaches. The apartment has everything you're likely to need, with efficient and reliable hot water and air-conditioning. The pool area is perfectly adequate, with a delightful viewing area behind, from which some spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed. A private balcony is also provided with each apartment. The hosts are very helpful, and may be able to arrange day trips which are better than you're likely to find on the internet.
