Yes, it's in a great location with parking, 10 minutes walk from the sea. common fridge, room and bathroom in the standard, but we had booked a room with one double bed and one single bed and instead they gave us only one bed. the other room was occupied. they apologized. for two nights you can go.

Good location.

A little out of town, old structure, nice thing and near the supermarket, we were out of season when it was quiet and we had no problems, x who stays a few days and advised...

x stay a couple of days is fine

4 days in place not recommended. Shower without support, bottom linen nonexistent only poor quality mattress, plentiful but poor quality breakfast, rooms only repaired on the first and last day and cleaning nothing.

Decadent

Having to leave Milan to get to Lopar on the island of Rab, we decided to make a 2 day stopover in Opatija and we chose this accommodation. More than a real apartment, it is a room with a cooking corner, bathroom and balcony, functional and optimal for a short stopover.

Stage of 2 days

Disgusting room... a hallucinatory heat all night, sheets in winter flannel, air conditioning that gave off slightly fresh air with bad smell and high risk of legionella, windy bathroom door without window... calling it a villa is an insult... so if it wasn't for the documents we don't have yet, we would have left right away... it was a nightmare... highly recommended.

Disgusting.

Nice and clean accomodation with friendly staff. Very peacefull, great price. Enough parking space, airconditioning, BBQ outdoors. By the sea, near city centre. The hostess was great, offered coffee and breakfast. 

Great place

We were here during low season and were the only guests. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the view from the balcony was great. Breakfast was served in a little garden sun room, a great selection of breads, meat, cheeses, eggs, fruit and yogurt. Only 5 minutes walk from supermarket and Volosko village.
Good, fairly cheap little place at a fantastic destination. I would book again!

Cosy little place

Nice and functional apartment, with balcony, air conditioning and all the kitchen utensils and more (if you only stop there you can get out of the car only with change of clothes and beauty, in the room you will find everything). Easy to find and with private parking. Very friendly and reserved staff. 15 minutes walk from the center. Recommended!

Good accommodation!

We stayed in an apartment with sea view and a big balcony, and the overall experience was so much better than I thought it would be. The room contained a clean bathroom (with washing machine and all utilities) a bedroom, and a kitchen with small dining area. The kitchen was all equipped (there were even basic ingredients for cooking like oil and salt, so we would not have to buy one just for a few days). The apartment was very clean, and the prices are affordable. The hosts are super nice, on the first day Dalia gave us basic info and tips for going out in Opatija, and they (it is run by a family) were always very keen to help us with anything. On the last day they even took us to the bus station by car, which I think was very nice of them. A supermarket is really close, so we could do all our food shopping there. The guesthouse is close both to Volosko and Opatija centre by foot.  Only negative thing I would mention that in our room (which was in the end of the building) only half the room had WiFi signal. Overall, I recommend Villa Dalia :)

Great guesthouse in Opatija

When we arrived, the disappointment prevailed. Negative: a slightly inviting main entrance, broken shelves, uncomfortable chairs, on all balconies: relatively small, with old furniture, very small TV, no German program, 1 table 2 chairs...bedding impossible! Mattress through. Balcony glued, bathroom: very small, no foam, plastic cups, shower impractical and drainage smells strong, slightly desolate, broken shelves, uncomfortable chairs - uncomfortable, screen we have repaired it ourselves in the north. For professional drinks and food, there is a refrigerator in the river, 1 room per person! The dirtiest part, the main street street, the dirtiest part of the street, unnecessary to get away from each other, cheapest to get to the park, with the cheapest parking space - I can't even get to the park, the best room, the best room, the best room, the best room, the best room, the best room, the best room, the best room, the best room, the best room, even with the best room
