We stayed for a week in a studio in the Villa Era. The studio was well arranged. There was a small terrace with table and chairs, inside a table and two chairs, a closet, a bed that was really uncomfortable, no mattress or blanket only two sheets. As for the kitchen, it was equipped with something to cook simple dishes, it was a pity that the sponge wasn't bigger, that there weren't garbage bags or curtains available since the household was only done after we left. The bathroom was big with a bathroom sink and a sink, a small bathroom sink with no shower, so the city bathroom was very convenient. The villa was located within 15 minutes of being very convenient, but the beaches were very easy to access, and the buses were very convenient.

Great but small improvements

I cant recommend at all. Small room. Old bed with no sheets. No cleaning and no changing towels or bedsheets. Also no shower curtain. Our toilet was broken and they said that they'l fix it after we have left.
Also lack of toilet paper. 
The needed things in the kitchen were in very bad shape. 
Only good thing was the good aircondition. 

Poor apartment

An apartment with everything you need to spend a few days of vacation, the beds are a bit uncomfortable, but good.It is outside the tourist center and the hustle and bustle, but you are 5' walk from the Lapad promenade with its bars, restaurants and beach.It is 2' from the bus stop and with bus no6 you can move around the city.The house speaks English and is very friendly, changing towels a half week.

Correcto Correcto

It is about 10 minutes from the LAPAD promenade, difficult to climb on foot because it is a bit steep or it can be reached by bus n.6 which also leads to the City very small sea view, gentle the owner, good air conditioning, few dishes.

Comfortable but without sea view and suitable for young people or motorized persons

A newly built structure, not far from the historic centre, accessible by bus with a bus stop about 100 metres away. The room is clean with a balcony but too essential in furniture and kitchen equipment.

The apartment is modern, nice, clean, air-conditioned. The location is excellent. It is a 5-minute walk from the best beaches, two steps from bus 6 which takes us every 10 minutes to the center. The cooking corner is provided with little and nothing. The double bed was made up of two single beds joined. But the biggest problem is the owner. When we arrived we were greeted by a person who didn't speak a word of English. Our car seat was not available and we had to argue with this man to move his car to give us what he paid for. He can make us understand that the owner would arrive from there shortly and would explain everything. The moment lasted a little more than half an hour.

It's a good structure. It's a terrible operation.

Manager of the property was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Offered airport transfers and took time to give us information about the local area and old town, transport and restaurants. Lovely clean room with private bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Situated up a small hill in Lapad but close to bus stops to old town and walkable distance to beaches and Lapad centre. Free wifi provided. Excellent stay and great value for money. Definitely recommend. 

Great stay

Very clean apartment, just a few steps from the bus. Very kind and available owner (he accompanied us to the airport). Essential and nice rooms, one sin there is no mirror for a man but only the one in the bathroom and lack of pasta. Change laundry and cleaning every 3 days. I recommend

The apartment is located in Lapad, about 900 metres from the city centre and 100 metres from the bus stop 6 which takes 10 minutes to Dubrovnik city centre. Spacious room with corner private bathroom and balcony, provided with the necessary strait. TV and air conditioning. Towels change every 3 days and sheets change every 4.

Apartment without claims.

The apartment was clean with with all the basics.  The manager is friendly, helpful and commited to his customers.  He even picked me up and dropped me off at the bus station.The internet is good, but not much English on the television.  It is a little far from the old town but right next to the bus stop and close to a grocery, restaurants, and a nice hike around the penensula and up the mountain next door.  The kitchen is a little sparce on utensils,  in particular no spatula.  The rooms all have little portches.  Decorations are also sparce but adequate.  I would stay there again.
