We stayed here in August and we had a really good time - clean, comfortable and convenient to move around (we were on a motorcycle).

It's a great stay.

On my motorcycle trip to Croatia, I arrived in Dubrovnik an hour late. Without booking anything I was already resigned to having to sleep outdoors in a motorcycle suit. Fortunately thanks to the help of two very available receptionists from another hotel I found this place. I stayed only one night but the owner of these apartments even kindly came to pick me up at 10pm by motorcycle to take me to the facility. He was really nice explaining to me how to get to the center by public transport and advising me where to go to dinner late.

I'm really happy with this place.

Last stop of our beautiful trip, Dubrovnik is very beautiful but as a villa mimma I expected much more perhaps because when we arrived it had just stopped raining. We were offered either an apartment on the third floor without an elevator (in a balcony) or an apartment in the basement with a patio, we chose the second thinking it was the best but we didn't realize that the rooms were extremely wet probably due to the heavy rain. The safe in the furniture is easily transportable since it is not fixed to anything. It is very well visible the rust near the toilet paper and the shower doors, they would have to change. The very uncomfortable parking in front of the apartment, there was and a considerable drop in height, I was compromising to get to the garage in the way of the apartment was quite portable.

A discreet apartment.

we really enjoyed our time threre. The hotel maneger was really friendly ando helpful also but the most problem is the alley which the hotel is there I do not recommend it for the old travellers because the alley is too uphill. 

Fantastic

If you go to Dubrovnik and stay in Villa Mimma! The apartment is very spacious, equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, TV, as much as necessary for cooking. Perfectly clean. Only the kindness and availability of the owner, Italian! the location is excellent. In two or three minutes by car you can reach the old town with a very simple route. A few minutes walk there is the walk and the beach. If we return to Dubroknik we will not forget Villa Mimma!

It's a great place to stay.

Positive aspects:
- The staff was very helpul in all our problems
- The apartment has a very nive back yard for meals
- The apartment has air conditioning which is very valuable in summer days
- You can walk to the beach ang go to the city center by bus (15min)

Negative aspects:
- The cooking appliances and cutlery were not very clean when we arrived

Very helpful staff

Clean, well equipped apartment, close to the bus, the city and the beach and shops. Very warm welcome by the owner. Small bemool: apartment small enough for a family and the bedding is not very good quality (double bed and small sofa bed)

- What?

10 minutes by bus (line 4 stops at 50 metres), from the old town square, a two-room apartment with nice dimensions, very clean and very well equipped (even a washing machine), easy and free parking, many restaurants nearby.

Villa Mimma è una splendida struttura, spaziosa e moderna, estremamente pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Il proprietario Paolo, è un gentile e premuroso Signore italo/croato che ha a cuore i suoi ospiti assistendoli in ogni loro necessità. La villa è vicinissima alla rinomata spiaggia del Lapad  con il suo splendido quartiere turistico, in un'area molto verde con ottimi collegamenti per la "Città Vecchia". SPLENDIDO SOGGIORNO
Villa Mimma is a very nice comfortable clean an modern accomodation with a lot of space, the host Paolo an italian/croatian gentleman is knowledgeable, attentive and always available to ensure that all of his clients needs are met.The area in which the apartments are located, Lapad, is a very trendy and touristic place which has everything needed to enjoy a complete vacation.The Old Town is very well connected with a frequent bus service to and from also to other destinations. PERFECT STAY

The website shows the object from an optimum side, which has nothing to do with reality. Our two apartments were in the basement with a view of concrete walls. The website completely lacked this information. The patio was therefore a hole four meters below ground level. The sofa bed was actually unsuitable for sleeping, a 5 cm thick foam rubber floor on a hard floor. There was of course no sea view, even from the upper apartments, although this is suggested on the website. The cost of this quality apartments was therefore completely exaggerated. The only positive thing was: the tenants are very nice and very friendly+
