If you have car it is very reccomended place to stay. Just 100 m from the beach. On the hill. With a seaview and free breakfast.
Very nice owner.
Stay overnight on the way to Dubrovnik.

The hosts are lovely and careful. The place is simple and beautiful,being a family business. You can see the sea, and even hear it in quiet nights. Five minutes on foot to the main beach of the city. Breakfast included.

Simply beautiful

We had a nice vacation in Makarska and Villa Rosa is a cozy place and is close to the sea! The owners Rosa and Toni are really kind and available..we found ourselves as a family! The room overlooks the sea and is simple but very clean!

Welcome to the house!

We recently stayed at Villa Rosa for 2 nights. The room and view were perfect! Private clean bathroom, fully stocked mini bar - including delicious homemade wine by our hosts! And our hosts were truly lovely. Very sweet and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was perfect - eggs to order and a variety of buffet items to chose from. It’s was a brief 15 min walk to the center which was a perfect way to stretch our legs. I highly recommend Villa Rosa to travelers! 

Beautiful Views and Lovely Hosts

Toni and Rosa are incredibly lovely and hearty guests. In our room with a wonderful view of the sea, we didn't miss anything. We were the only guests in the off-season and yet the breakfast was very varied. Bread, croissants and slices to yogurt and fruit were all there. Egg dishes were prepared fresh and as desired. Simple perfect. At our departure there was even a wonderful travel food from Rosa on the way. Delicious nuts and a cake typical of Makarska. The location is great. A few minutes to the beach and about 10 minutes to the old town, which offers great wine viewing and tasting (Aensa, too, is closed in many places). We have made another stop and we have made another stop on the next stop.

Great stay in the offseason

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel from 12 to 20 August. First of all, thanks to the owners, Mrs. Rosa and her husband, who are the real soul of the hotel, two very friendly and cordial people who have been cooking and making us feel at home welcoming us very quickly.

Fantastic Subject

When you enter the house, you can already see a touch of lavender - just relaxing - the balcony room is modern and lovingly furnished, as well as the spacious bathroom - all very attractive. The breakfast leaves no wishes open and the operators - Rosa and Toni - are very friendly and friendly people who speak German perfectly. The next time we visit Makarska, we will definitely stay with Rosa and Toni again.

Travel

We were at Villa Rosa from 03.08. to 17.08.2015. So nice. We had room number 4 upstairs with a large balcony, climate, minibar, sat TV. The hosts gave us good tips like for example the much more beautiful beach in Krvavica about 6km from the house.

It's a great vacation.

We like to go on vacation in smaller hotels where it's a little more family friendly and quiet, and with the Villa Rosa we had exactly what we needed. Our room was on the top floor, so we had a great view of the sea. Air conditioning, a nice bathroom, a small balcony. Above all, the house was very lovingly designed. We were warmly received and if we had a wish, a question or something, the landlords were there. Just like in a family. Breakfast was good and you could express your wishes here too. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and promenade. Five minutes to a small supermarket. You can drive to the nearest towns by bus.
