We spent 6 nights here, pitcked vrabac after friends reference. It has an absolut perfect central location and a very reasonable price (what - according to experience is more than good)! Its not a hotel, so no staff or room service there, you only got the key after arriving, but there is kitchen and washing machine for use!
Our room was big, had a kind of small private kitchen and ensuit bathroom. 
The room looks interesting, a bit oldish, but has the mood. Sleeping comfort is good, bathroom nice and big (ok, the tap needs to be repair, because its button jumps back to stop after seconds, i guess it will be repaired)

Cleanliness is just perfect, much more than expected, the guesthouse at all is quiet, and has the perfect location for a visit. surrounding - same quality - hotels was much more expensive... 
So we had a great time there, thanks again for Nicolás&Oscar&Marina!

Perfect location, extreme good value

Our first trip to Spain started with 4 nights in Barcelona staying at VRABAC guest house. The guest house is conveniently located just off Las Ramblas, yet was still quiet and the bed was comfortable.  A/C worked well enough to keep the room cool.   Although Oscar and Nicolas are very friendly, we only saw them once when we arrived and they showed us our room.  You can reach them by email if you have any questions. VRABAC may be a better option for those familiar with Barcelona. All in all, this guesthouse worked just fine and was a good value for the location. 

Great Location, comfortable room

Being close to the owners of the hotel, we were treated very badly. during the day there is no one and it is a lie that breakfast is served. the reality is that the facade surprises you but the inside is so much more than you want. we arrived today 25 may and we already want to finish our stay.

No recommended

I stayed here for three nights from 29/09 to 01/09. The house is located on a crossroads of the Rambla near the Liceu metro station, and 5 minutes from Plaza Catalunya. Accommodation ok, they provide a key that allows access to your room and entrance gate, advance payment or at the end of the stay as you prefer. We were in 4, we stayed in a quadruple room with private outdoor bathroom and private outdoor shower (there's a key in the room).

Great breakfast, structure to improve

The booking site doesn't give you the opportunity to visualize the room when you book. And when it comes to a B&B, all the rooms are very different from each other. So it's definitely disappointing to discover our room (second prize among three available price ranges) that had nothing to do with the pretty rooms you see in the photos...Advice: If you're going to spend a romantic weekend, go for the most expensive range. Our double bed room requires refreshment (including bedding and furniture), cleanliness to be desired.

Rather disappointed in the room

A B&B where you feel very quickly at home. Very well placed, off the street. The reception is pleasant. There's nothing to say about breakfast - a buffet that will suit all your desires. The common room is beautiful. The rooms are well decorated and comfortable. A little hiccup: Little light in our bathroom and noise in the morning of the first night.

Lovely B&B

I was at the Vrabac with my girlfriend in April during the Easter holidays! we were fine, room welcome good breakfast and excellent location of the structure! it seemed like home! the owner provided us besides maps, places where we could eat well and not spend much, and so it was! I would also go back right away 10 +

The guesthouse.

Guesthouse well located a few steps from the Rambla and from the airport bus stop. Our room had the bathroom outside, along the hallway, however only for our exclusive use. Actually our room booked as a double (2 single beds, united) we asked to have at least the wedding sheets but the next day we found only a double underwear, otherwise resting on the bed and not put. Maybe the cleaning would be a little improved because both the covers and the carpets present stains of rubbish, at the side we found a cup with rosé readily replaced with a clean one, however the daily cleaning is done and our request for a cover is made immediately in the bathroom. In addition to the liquid and the cooking room, the cooking room is available to the people.

Central and with great breakfast

A lovely guest house conveniently located close to the Rambla. The staff are very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied. The suite we stayed in was very nice, clean, with a very comfortable bunk. A very good address to remember.

Lovely guest house

Excellent structure and almost perfect location are the two great strengths of this b&b. The double rooms are very elegant and cozy but have some slight flaws such as the thin walls for which you can hear everything that happens outside and the bathroom which although very well done has the problem of shower and sink that work with the push of the button that lets the water go for only 30 seconds. Apart from small details the room is excellent.
