We were travelling in a car with a family of children from Moscow to Karelia. From Vologda I called them, asked for a place under a tent or a cottage. They said that we were lucky (!!!)  someone refused to rent a cottage at the last moment and we could come and rent it. The cost was fine. Within three hours of arrival we recruited them again, said that we were going, as we had agreed. They arrived  Everything was closed. Both contact phones do not answer. Not beautiful, in a swine's way they did. We had to call back and say sorry in advance with the other. But throwing away, which is what it is called, was not pretty. We spent more than two hours at night, with the children, and driving overnight. We didn't even try to stop here. Don't even try to ask for advice.

I'm not advising you, they're taking off the armor.

We decided to take a weekend rest with our friends in the tents in Vitegorie. When we got there, it turned out that the car had to be parked across the road from the campsite, that is, all the stuff had to be dragged across the road to the tent place!!! But it turned out that it wasn't all the trouble. Let's go see the campsite. On 4 tents there was 1 table and 1 fireplace. We needed 2 seats here.

I wouldn't recommend staying there in the campground.

The tourist complex Вытегория is an excellent example of a roadside service, but you should not consider it only in terms of stopping between routes. It is a convenient place to rest where you can actively spend your weekends or holidays: boating, traveling on a water bus (which is unusual, try!), fishing, shopping for pleasure, trying out different types of baths (Japanese, black, customary). The staff is friendly and will help you solve any issues.

A suitable place for active recreation is Vytegoria

It's a great option for a roadside campsite. Plan a stop here if you have a long route. Stop here for a day or two or three and get some Pronezhya energy. Or you better just come over here and hang out. It's a youthful option because it's budgetary. There are very simple and cheap ones, there are more serious ones, but also cheaper.

Consider this option.

If you go swimming, you won't be happy, the water is bad, there's a lot of grass. If you plan a balanced vacation, that's what you need. There are boats, bicycles, catamarans, baths, etc. Ideal for a couple of days. I want to say a special thanks to Sergei, the manager, a professional in my business.

Rest for any wallet

Interesting spot on the lake shore (the lake is right across the road, but 20 meters away!). If both cheap and VIP accommodation (in cottages). The decoration of the area is very original. The restaurant at the campsite is not interesting and the roads. There is a small zoo of domestic animals.

Option for all requests

Sold as a hotel on the premises, it was just an ordinary camping cabin, we had to ask for heating, the beds c is a piece of foam on a piece of wood, the bathroom c is with the others except for a shower for a whole campsite c is little!!so no washing or then standing in line outside in the cold!! besides the lake but on the other side of the highway, only the staff is nice
