In its time there must have been some very nice layout, now no, no maintenance, no price, no quality, not only broken canillas but also repairs with wires and nails put in or unwanted or no matter how, a pity, with a little enough love, that place could shine but it shouldn't interest them, surely it will reach them.

There is no volvere

I can name several things that I didn't like: the fridge was very old and the door didn't have a single hook to hold things. there was no hook to hang the towels in the bathrooms to ask for a sign that said if you don't want to be changed the towels or leave them hanging from the hooks! the toilet seat was rotten and despite warning they never changed it. the chairs on the terrace table are cheap plastic and one was rotten and the other was repaired. the kitchen equipment was very old and in poor condition and incomplete. the truth is I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it. the owners are loving people, but the place lacks maintenance and affection.

Lack of care and maintenance.

The cabins are lovely and have a very nice view of Lake Nahuel Huapi, but they lack a little maintenance and the kitchen elements are very basic, in fact there is no cafeteria and other utensils.

 No heating.

It's conveniently located a few blocks from a YPF gas station and the most well-known breweries.As far as accommodation is concerned, there's nothing left over, kitchenette, fridgeette. During the day, you'll either sit down or turn off the greenhouses and notice yourself in the morning.

Hospitality is the key to success.

Excellent view. Very comfortable, well equipped (security box, microwave, oven, refrigerator), good heating. Excellent cleaning. Very good care and price ratio quality. Close to a supermarket and you can receive delivery.

We arrived without a reservation at 23:00 and were very welcome. Very good facilities. Good view across the lake in the morning from the balcony. Private parking and free WiFi. Very amiable hosts. Last minute stop / Last hour parade

We felt very unattended. There was no remote control of the TV, we had to ask for it three times. If the bathroom was closed and we were told that it was our fault for not having drawn the paper in the tacho (which was not warned), we charged an air-conditioned bag that when touching the water was cold, and we argued among ourselves that the thermometer indicated 25° and suggested that we go to another hotel because we were not enjoying it. That is, instead of giving us solutions we were also disappointed, even Rodrigo the one in charge of our unbelief and we had a negative attitude, then we drank, and our recrimination was that we had the remote control like saying Bariloche is coming to do no and no. The TV was with the Holy Spirit of the Tires, and the fact that we could not get a picnic in the bathroom without the fact that we could have a picnic in the bathroom for 5 months.

 Pesima attencion

We were in room 8 of Apart Sol, from January 6 to 20, 2017.The cabin was amazing, the heating couldn't be regulated, the supposed air-conditioned pool was very cold....until another guest complained and improved it a little but it was still cold.Our cabin had nothing to do with the contract.The owners neither showed up nor knew us.

There is a scam!!!!

We loved the Apart, the very comfortable rooms. Very friendly attention from Daniel. Beautiful lake view from the cabin...genial pool and jacuzzi. It has a large quincho where you can enjoy a rich asado...
