Not what it offers. Too much heat in the room, dirty air, poor and unattended attention, poor breakfast, cleanliness and light scarcity, no refrigerator. Tickets without water. Restaurant only a few days and no advance acceptance. General discontent with the rest of the ticket. No management to whom to go. No recommendation.

It was a fiasco.

The attention was very poor, the cleaning too. Breakfast was scarce. Very hot, the air conditioning never worked. The swimming pool was without water. There was no freezer in the rooms. The bathroom smelled like a cloaca. It only worked for a few days and received no pre-orders.

No vayas 

We stayed for a few days at the house of adobe! the photos on the page do not match the offer, if we had read the comments before booking this hotel would not have been our choice. the room with a lack of total maintenance! precarious furnishings, bathroom lights, five only worked two! breakfast is very poor for being four stars as they say serlo, coffee in one term!!!!! the attention of the girls in the spectacular restaurant, the receptionists zero kindness and sympathy. they have no poor guard for cars, they are all outdoors! the management should take note of the comments, as there are many who disagree. little taken advantage of, in a wonderful environment! we will not be left out!

No more than two stars!!!

Since arrival we were tricked into giving us a room with the door of the roundabout, after complaining we were offered several options but none in the type of room we had reserved. They lied to us for two days in a row promising that maintenance would be charged and on the third day other customers entered our room while we slept, resulting in a very serious privacy, security and privacy problem in any hotel. We decided to complain to the management and they did not even contact us. We left the hotel very disappointed, the same answer given to our travel agency that it could not do anything. Ultimately, a shame. Never to return. We could understand certain shortcomings or the possibility of changing a door in an isolated place like Purmamarca, but the response to the fact that we do not receive a response to the lack of privacy and security seems to be a no-no problem for us.

The worst experience.

The hotel is very beautiful, the view is spectacular, and it is assembled is a wonderful place. Surrounded by hills, colors and a beautiful blue sky. An exquisite architecture... stones, wood... The breakfast room, on a first floor, with the house lit and a view of the seven-colored hill, very beautiful. A complete breakfast. Coffee, milk, fruits, pancakes, lamps, yogurts, cereals... Very varied. The room was very comfortable, with elements of angina, dryer of serums, to Mal!!!!!!!! Everything was so clean and in our personal condition. Something happened there that deserves to be recovered, a beautiful home, and a view of the seven-colored beer, very beautiful. A complete breakfast. Coffee, milk, fruits, pancakes, lamps, yogurts, cereals... It was very varied. The room was very comfortable, with elements of angina, towel dryer of serums, towel!!!!!!!! Ah, everything was so clean and in our personal condition. Something happened there, that deserved to be recovered, a beautiful home, and a lovely place,

The only good thing about the hotel is the reception girl, who has to put the face to all the guests' complaints.On top of the girls was working dead from the cold because there was no heating.The food in the restaurant was positive.It was a cold day, the spa was not enabled.The super basic breakfast and the wifi didn't work well.Don't trust the photos.

Don't trust this hotel

Framed in a beautiful mountainous landscape, this hotel is modern and very comfortable. The breakfast is very complete and in a lovely dining room. The staff very friendly and dedicated. A comfortable bed, a very complete bathroom, all the rooms have a mountain view. Very, very beautiful.

A very beautiful hotel.

Beautiful hotel architecturally, but just that. Very small room with a smell of humidity. I had to ask for a change of sheets because the ones they had placed were girls and the bedroom ended up on the mattress. The TV set was badly functioning and changed twice. The breakfast was very basic and limited (the eggs were turned upside down and I was told that it was only served). We wanted to enjoy the pool and 3 restrooms, 1 rotation. The only thing to highlight was the kindness of the reception staff.

Experience with forgetting.

The air conditioning didn't work, the heater was on when it was 27 degrees and there was no way to close it, we asked for a change and we were offered a room of minimal and worse quality than the previous one, and despite the willingness of the person who waited for us to find a solution and even less respectful in the room, while we were dealing with the complaint he replied that we knew what we had to do very badly.

A very nice place, but obviously with flaws in the management, maintenance and selection of personnel.

When we claimed it was very uncomfortable to sleep after travelling for many hours, they gave us no solution, they did not fulfill the contract!! There is no wifi in the rooms, only in the common space and it is shortened!
