Couple who stayed 2 nights in this state-of-the-art large apartment 2. Absolutely wonderful apartment to spend a few days in.

Cons.
No connection with Wifi in the bedroom.
Road outside the front of the house, however most noticeable during the day. Quiet in the evening or at night.
Otherwise, there is nothing to think about.

Tips for the owners!
Since the bedroom is large, there is room for 2 Queen size beds or a King size bed.
Put an extender in the bedroom for Wifi
Bigger TV.

Loved our stay at Alouarn Apartments! Our apartment was modern and had all the amenities needed. The finish was high quality and the furnishings were very comfortable. Andrea was friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these apartments.

Loved Alouarn apartments!

Highly recommended. This apartment was immaculate, , comfortable and close to everything . What more can I say? Ideal for 'no kids' couples.  Everything works. Huge private patio from our apartment. Convenient. Icing on cake -  gowns and slippers.

So Comfy!

Stayed in Alouarn 1 (upstairs apartment) for two nights at the end of August.  Apartment was modern, fabulous and huge with two balconies (one with bbq) with great views, and a rear terrace where we really enjoyed the hot tub even on a chilly & rainy winters night!  Lots of towels provided including beach towels, robes & slippers.  Apartment has everything you need including plenty of coffee (pods & sachets), teas, oils, salt/pepper, milk, bin bags, washing detergents, cleaning products etc. It's a home from home, central to everything in the small town of Augusta and a perfect base to explore the local area.  Communication before and after our stay was great - email and text with keycode information for us to gain access and our bond was refunded promptly
Any downsides?.......if I were to be overly critical....probably just lack of channels on TV , however there is a DVD player and wifi.  Will definitely book again on our next trip to Augusta

Fab, just FAB

We have now stayed in both of the Alouarn apartments and our expectations have been exceeded on each occasion.  These are relatively new, modern, well appointed apartments located centrally in town.  The layouts and fit outs are simple but sophisticated and the apartments are very clean and well maintained.  The beds are very comfortable and the apartments are stocked with everything that you might want while visiting.  Perfect for couples but the lower apartment in particular is big enough for a small family.  We would highly recommend for anyone staying in beautiful Augusta.

Outstanding accommodation in Augusta

An ultra modern huge sized apartment (top floor) with large glazed windows throughout affording wonderful views. Split level lounge / diner / kitchen the kitchen having an island and verandas front and side.  Garage with power door opens at the rear onto a private patio with sunbeds, cover for shade and hot tub.  Utlity room with washer drier. Large bedroom with large bed with en-suite bathroom with shower.  Kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cutlery, dishwasher, kettle, conventional oven and electric hob, toaster, good size fridge and air conditioning. Large TV in the lounge but only a few local channels, but there is a DVD player and as the Wi-Fi speed was good @ 46Mbps / 17 we could use our Amazon Fire Stick.   An extremely comfortable stay.  The only dissapointment was the expectation that guests must clean the fridge and the floor before leaving. We have stayed in hundreds of rentals and the norm would be to leave a place clean and tidy.

Outstanding accomodation

The location of the apartment is not spectacular in our opinion, as it is oriented to the main street. The ground floor has no view, the first floor may be better. Large living/dining room with open kitchen. There is a Nespress machine and great milk foamers. The bedroom is quietly located in the back lane, with a wonderful kingsize bed. There is no air conditioning (both for cooling and heating). The room arrangement is something special - a long hose. The doors to the seating area were tight and unopened. You had to go through the front door to this seating area, which is a little difficult to take out if you want to get there in the morning. For Augusta there is a good price for accommodation. If you had a good knowledge of everything in Margaret River, maybe you could get away from it for 2-3 days.

Generous apartment with good furnishings and top bed

We did the Cape-to-Cape Track (self-guided with Auswalk) in April 2018, so spent our first 3 nights at Alouarn Apartments. And what wonderful nights they were! Everything, from beds and appliances to towels, muesli and shampoo, was of highest quality and obviously selected with guests' needs in mind. 
Andrea, our landlady and hostess, was fantastic. Not only did she provide us with delicious meals (optional), but she also gave us lots of advice about things to do in Augusta and on the Cape-to-Cape walk, showed us our first kangaroos and  drove us to and from our daily sections of the track. 
Augusta itself is a wonderfully quiet place, with tons of unspoilt nature (river, karri forest, 2 oceans, lighthouse track, no traffic). We live in a city most of the time and therefore appreciate Augusta's clean breezes. We were also happy to get away from restaurants like many in Margaret River, which are trying to be louder and trendier than the rest.

Wonderful accommodation in Augusta

Hubby and I recently stayed at Alouarn apartments through Auswalks.  We were booked in for 3 nights and Andrea (hostess with the mostess) was exceptional!  Not only does she provide a wonderful apartment to stay in, but is truly a gem in accommodating our needs.  The additional touches of dressing gowns, pod machine and supplying pod coffee just makes the whole experience even better!  I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Alouarn apartments again when visiting Augusta.  The apartment itself is very large, spacious and comfortable.  Thankyou so much Andrea!

More than a home away from home

Such a great place to stay. So clean, and close to town, great views. Andrea was great and easy to contact. Loved the spa and having a DVD player was a bonus. Milk and chocolate in fridge on arrival was great. Will be back
