Flat, ugly, hot for my four-person family, no air for everyone, bad bedding, extra mattress the thickness of a sheet of cardboard, dark room is very poorly decorated. It's not even worth a single night that was our case.

No chance.

Flat is two blocks from the beach. It has a swimming pool, PlayStation, dryer, full kitchen, two TVs, washing machine. It is a few steps from the supermarket, pharmacy among others. View from the bearded hill of some apartments. Very kind hostess Cristiane. Just needs a little shower in the bathroom. It has a slope to get to the flat coming from the beach that is tired. But all hotels and apartments and Christmas flats have this difficulty, due to the relief of the Christmas edge. I recommend.

Excellent cost-effectiveness

But the management here, including the superintendent, is not friendly to water sports. I was bothered here by the superintendent because I left my boards on the balcony outside my apartment. I moved some of my equipment to the parking lot reserved for my apartment, so I could easily take it to the beach. The superintendent told me that I couldn't do that either. This is a terrible place if you have equipment and want to leave it somewhere. The management doesn't seem to have any idea what a beach is near or what people do on the beach.

Not water sports friendly

Best stay in Ponta Negra so far, near the beach, the market, the pharmacy... the days we didn't go to the beach, we stayed in the hotel's swimming pool which is very quiet... a clean and cozy place with a wonderful view!

That's great!

Excellent location, very good apartments, wonderful service, especially from the owner of the condo, Mr. Enio. The only item that can't be considered excellent is the steep climb to get to the hotel, but Uber has solved everything for both the climb and the descent.

This is an excellent hotel!

Visited on a Monday lunchtime.  Pub was fairly busy seemed to be doing quite a trade on food. The four meals we had were absolutely lovely you can’t beat £5 for an 8oz rump steak! - bar staff were also very pleasant will definitely visit again.

It's a very beautiful place, with the necessary amenities, very close to the beach, a square and a half, for the divine descent, to climb up the dueling legs, the department that touches us completely and cleanly, would definitely return.

Very nice location and close to the beach.

Excellent apartment very close to the beach. It has everything you need for an excellent stay, comfortable to feel at home but on vacation! A nice balcony with table and armchairs to have a good time. The very large bed has a good mattress and good pillows. There is always hot water in the shower. All appliances work! The gym is available and the pool has very clean water. The hostess, very attentive and kind, always ready to provide a solution to everything needed. Nelson, the taxi driver who picked us up and then took us to the airport, very friendly and we were told about the location, the surroundings and the cost of the shower. A few meters from Natal there is a supermarket, a car park, a cajero, a car park, and a luxury hotel.

Yacht village Ponta Negra, Natal, Brazil. Wide department, Greek, well equipped, safe. The friendly and kind lady in charge. With picnic, gym and supermarket services, pharmacy and other nearby services. It's worth recommending. Airport transfer service.

Excellent location near the beach.

2nd time as a guest.Really nice apartment, I come and go as I please, reception is present and at the same time reserved.Really strategic location, beach nearby, supermarket at 30 meters, ideal for singles, couples and even families. Kitchen, laundry, bathroom, wedding reception, Wi-Fi porch.
