The hotel is positioned in the center of the Balchik riviera, right on the waterfront. We had a double room with view of the sea and small touristic and industrial ports. The parking is secure (never had any problems, or heard about anyone having them), and there are a lot of parking spaces on the street behind the hotel and nearby. The cleaning services were spot on, we had towels, toilet paper and trash taken care of daily. The staff is very friendly, even opening doors for us and saying hi all the time ! The food at the hotel restaurant is excellent, and you can enjoy it while sitting right above the shore and watching ships sailing in or out of the small port. Our waiters recommended delicious dishes from the menu :). The Queen Mary castle is 1 kilometer away, Albena is reachable in 15 minutes by car, Kaliakra is 20 minutes away and Varna is only 40 minutes far, so Selena can be a very convenient base for a Bulgarian seaside tour as well. The prices are very low, especially for the good service you get at this money. This is the second time we stay at Selena and will return soon.
