we booked via Booking.com but never received confirmation. after many emails to this B&B direct, and booking.com we received absolutely no response or confirmation details.
therefore we booked another B&B
subsequently they have charged me £252 for 2 nights accommodation never acknowledged and never used.
I have since tried the B&B direct, Booking.com and now claiming a dispute via my credit card. do not book!

I recommend this accommodation to everyone! a nice warm house and the owner is welcoming, respectful and caring about the comfort of his guests. he is also an outstanding cook! lunches are plentiful and there are for all tastes. the rooms are large and comfortable with a nice common space in the living room. there is a nice gallery with 2 large patio tables. we followed the owner's recommendations for 2 restaurants and 2 activities and that was a heartbeat!! we came for a weekend by bike on the  waterfront trail  and the B&B is 1 minute from the cycling trail (a 15 km from Gananoque and a 35 km from Brockville). we could leave our bikes in the garage when we left for other activities, thanks for another weekend we stayed in St. Stephen 🙂

He's an incredible host.

We didn’t know what to expect upon arrival, however we were pleasantly intrigued and surprised. The host, Stéphane  was most helpful and accommodating. His breakfasts are better than any brunch restaurant in the area, hands-down. Abundant, fresh, tasty and creative. We had breakfast on the terrace among the chirping birds and it was so very calming and charming.
On the subject of creative, Stéphane has an incredible collection of artwork, many dynamic abstract canvases created by him, a collection of beautiful books as well as vinyl albums and a wide selection of movies.
He has a wine selection and can even provide meals at an extra cost.
He offered us a tasty cider upon arrival and gave good advice as to what was worth a visit on our weekend getaway. 
The room was impeccable and large. Comfortable bed, extra pillows, enormous sparkling-clean bathroom with deep tub and a ton  of crisp white towels and quality toiletries. You won’t need to pack blow dryer or curling iron or even shampoo or lotion. All I needed was deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush and hairbrush. 
Stéphane leaves his guests to relax and enjoy the shared living space and we found him to be very laid-back and generous.
It felt like a cultural home away from home.
We would return without hesitation.

Abundance, Culture and Peace

10/10 Note 10/10 Reception by the owner very neat and personalized. Bedroom very welcoming and well decorated. Unparalleled lunches on the terrace balcony. Rest and quiet guaranteed. Cycling enthusiast (the Parkway Safety), diving enthusiast (Ivy Lea), this is for you. We will definitely be back this fall. I highly recommend staying here.

Stephane is the kindest most generous host ever.
His home is equipped with all.
Our room was warm and welcoming with a large bathroom.
Eating breakfast on the porch was amazing. Breakfast was sooooo good...
You can use the kitchen , mske yourself some hot drinks, eat fruit and enjoy some old movies and nice records to listen to.
The house is full of amazing art.
No TV in the bedroom.

Loved every minute

The host, Stephane, is very friendly and helpful. He took the time and gave us good tips for sightseeing. The room and bathroom are very tasty and nicely decorated, everything very clean. Many beautiful pictures in the rooms. The location of the B&B is a little outside, but beautiful and very quiet. The breakfast is fabulous. We felt comfortable all around!!!

Tekdiv B&B is great!

This B&B is exactly what the website claims and is situated near the epicentre of all the attractions located between Gananoque and Brockville. Seconds away by car from the Parkway but insulated from the sound of vehicles. The breakfasts are world class and the optional suppers are true gourmet. Our host took the time to sit us down and explain with pamphlets and maps where the hidden features of the region were to be found. Our room was very comfortable and our shared bathroom was large with plenty of hot water for a long shower. Of all the B&B around, this one had the best quality to price ratio.

The 5 stars are well deserved.

Rural location booked to walk 1000 Island Parkway Walking Trail. Grounds unkempt.,  very long grass.  Our bedroom on 2nd floor with private entrance but stairs lacked handrail for 1/2 way up so had to enter thru Stephane's 1st floor entrance. Smelled like dog. No TV in our room. Very disappointed. TV located in living room on our floor which had to be turned on by computer.  One lesson 1st day by Stephane but couldn't do it.  Therefore no TV for 6 nights. Why did we stay?  Only to be nice & he cooked wonderful breakfasts for us.  However not covid savy. Jam jars & peanut butter jars put on table & everyone dipped!!  Did recommend good restaurant for dinner & many places of interest in area.  Would not return.

Excellent breakfasts & host Stephane friendly but stops there

What a beautiful centrally located spot surrounded by the beauty of nature...close to great dining & fun things to do. We were warmly greeted by our host Stephane, who was so accommodating which made our stay even more enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable & gave us great suggestions concerning what to do & where to eat. Our room was like our own private suite... comfort at it’s finest. The breakfasts were AMAZING...chef quality for sure. We highly recommend this B & B.

Two Day Get Away

The cleanliness is maximum in this B&B and the kindness of the owner is even greater. Nice and very willing to help, but never to disturb. Very spacious accommodation and very pleasant common areas, fully available to customers, with a multitude of art books to consult and a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy a great breakfast. They also sell wine and beer at a good price and can prepare some dishes to eat.
