We had a very good experience in this place, we stayed at the campsite, it has rooftops, with light and table. The bathrooms are in perfect condition, always very clean. It is a short walk from the lake, on the campsite there is also a Quincho and a kind of shelter quite equipped and comfortable. The people who work there are very kind, (its owners and workers). In addition to campsites there are cabins, equipment rentals, bicycles, rafting, etc! A great place 100% recommended!!

Excellent place to stay!!

A very comfortable place, the attention is excellent, direct access to the lake, with electricity and lighting in every place, very clean baths and hot showers.

A beautiful place.

We were in a cabin with friends. Unfortunately, it was a little dark and the chimney was full of ash. The kitchen was practically equipped, the rooms were not very big, but clean and there were towels. From the campsite it was still quite loud for a long time!:-(Super friendly owner with many great tips for excursions and small and big adventures - very good location (note, the map with the exact location on TripAdvisor does not match)

It's a great place.

It's a very nice place with a beach for water sports. Good care, however, the cabins are deficient in their infrastructure. Little welcoming, Old Forest (we arrived and it was full of ash, costing us a lot to pick it up). The cabin was not clean, with mops and dirt in its corners. Ollas, boiling water and dirty kitchen. The covers were an accumulation of different games, counting on very basic things.

Deficiency is a problem.

We went as a business walk, the spectacular rafting along the petrohue river, after the activity a very good asado in the quincho de las cabañas.

It's a really picturesque and charming campsite. It has a very good location, with an exit to Lake Llanquihue. It's very well maintained, clean and spacious. There is light and hot water 24 hours a day. The plots are perfectly delimited with light, rain-protected plugs, tables and benches. They have adventure tourism service. You can pay by card, as the change rooms are 40 km away. The views of the Volcano Osorno a few km away and the lake are very unforgettable. They also have some very beautiful cabins in the surrounding countryside.

Also is camping!!! and beautiful.

Beautiful place, but with very poor infrastructure. Very good care. Bad quality furniture (uncomfortable armchairs, crunchy beds, hard mattresses). Good place for a place close to woods and camping. Inoperative stoves and poorly equipped kitchen.

Very basic.

First, make it clear that the kindness and treatment of the people in charge is excellent. No problem with them. It is the place only. We rented the cabin for 4 people. It was attached to the campsite which makes it super noisy and relatively unsafe for children. The other, a canopy rope passes above the cabin....near the roof; so whenever a person threw it, we felt it. Inside the cabin the bathroom and kitchen were dirty. The bedrooms were with a rare smell...humidity? The main part, chiiica. We had no space to put our things. To lower the curtains we had to put another one under the bed. Literally one stuck to the wall and the other stuck to our hands.
