I loved this hotel. It has bags of character, almost like staying in a museum. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I mentioned my fridge didn't work and they offered to store my item in the staff fridge which I accepted. My TV wasn't working at first but they very quickly sorted that for me too. This is an old building so you can expect these things to happen. The room was cosy and a nice size. Very comfy beds. Bathroom was very acceptable too. The location is absolutely perfect. Breakfast was fine, no issues there. This place was excellent value. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again. If you like old buildings with lots of character over modern flashy hotels (I like both), then stay here, you shouldn't be disappointed.
