Amazing location- right in the middle of beautiful old town. 
Ground floor easy access, beautiful reception area huge apartment .
Very roomy and spacious! Everything you need, including washing machine and dish washer with tablets provided for both! Immaculately clean!
Easy check in and check out with luggage store if needed!!!

Pikk street Delta Apartment- Perfect

Apartment located in centre of Tallinn. Perfect location. 5' walk in to heart of Tallinn. 
Room was good, large bathroom, lobby is so nice place. Nearby many restaurants and bar. Full kitchen equipment, have 2 sofa bed, can accommodate around 8 peoples.

Excellent location.

Our apartment was on the first floor and off a courtyard so wonderfully quiet. Very central on Pikk St, sorry we were only staying 1 night. Beds were very comfortable and everything was sparkling clean.

Beautiful airy, high ceiling apartment

The address where you check in was not the address of the property, but it was probably only a 10 minute walk and in a great central location. The apartment was in an older building, no stairs and the hallway and stairs were dirty and smelly. Once you get pass this, the apartment was a large one bedroom, it had a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment was old, but clean, it lacked decor, the walls were bare. It was pricey, for what you get, but location was great.

Superb location.

We stayed in these apartments on our recent visit to Tallinn. We were a big family and booked 1 bedroom apartment and 2 bedroom apartment. 

Location:  The location is excellent. It is in the heart of Raekoja plats - old town square of Tallinn. The mini sightseeing city train stop was just opposite to the apartment. Tallinn visitor centre is 2 min on foot. This is the meeting point for the free tour of Tallinn.
There are many good cafes and restaurants at walking distance. There is supermarket Rimi just 5 min away on foot. The ice skating ring is 5 min on foot. St Olav church is 10 min on foot. Toompea castle, Alexandra Nevsky Cathedral, Viru square  and other viewpoints are 5 - 15 min on foot..... Excellent excellent place to stay!

Staff: The lady at check in was fast and crisp with her work. I think when I read other reviewers saying rude ..its just the way of Estonians I guess.

Rooms: The apartments are large and spacious with a fully equipped kitchennette. However in 2 bedroom unit there is only one bathroom. The closet for jackets provided at the entrance was also quite big.

Attention: Just keep in mind that you have to collect the key from a different place which was at quite some distance from the main apartment. I had booked the arrival  transfer with them as they would then make sure you collected the keys from the reception and then get dropped again to your aparment. 

Con: We did not have both the apartments in the same building but adjacent buildings which made it a little inconvenient.

Overall I like to live in old town areas of cities and the only drawback like any other old town city apartments is that they are not modern buildings and hence without elevators !!!! So get your muscles ready to lift those suitcases :)

Superb location in the heart of Old town

We stayed 4 nights in the Old Town Scandic Apartment. While not luxury and looking better in the pictures, than real life, I would still recommend. As with most of the apartments, you have to pick up your keys at their Pikk office location. You have to buzz into the locked building to get into the office for your keys. Our apartment was clean (definitely not spotless though) but acceptable. The location was perfect just seconds into the square. The only issue with the apartment was the sewer smell in the bathroom some days though this appears to be an issue at various establishments in the old town area. We weren't there to be in the apartment so it wasn't too big of a deal for us.  You do have to carry your luggage up/down the stairs so this apartment wasn't accessible. There was also laundry insuite with washing tablets made available. You are able to drink the water, free wifi provided though it only worked in the bedroom. Overall I would recommend if you are looking for a great location, privacy, your own space with kitchenette, they this is a good find. 

Comfortable Stay - Excellent Location

We stayed at the Town Hall 2 bedroom with sauna location. The location cannot be beat. It was right in the Town Hall area and yet the apartment was very quiet and peaceful. We never heard any noise from outside and I am very sensitive to noise. The space in the apartment was wonderful. The only down side was that the curtains do not block out any light from the courtyard. It was October, so not so light outside, but the lights are on all night and the bedrooms never were very dark.

Perfect location

Our apartment was perfectly adequate for our brief stay. Clean & reasonably equipped as well as being very close to the main square in the old town. We were able to leave our luggage at the Delta office before and after our check in, which was really helpful.

Nice apartment. Reasonably priced

Great location in old town. It was just slightly difficult to understand the accurate location when booking from hotels.com as there were pictures from several different apartments. Our place was big enough for 7 people. Many restaurants and pubs nearby.

Pros:

The office was large, with a left luggage area and a bathroom.
Gave us a Brochure/map of where our apartment was located with directions.
Explained the key system and where to leave them.
We had a problem with the windows and this issue was fixed as soon as they could.
Apartment: #5 -5 Harju
Clean, spacious, fully equipped except for a dryer. There was a drying rack and when we opened the windows and got one of the 2 fans we found going, things dried well. Very Comfortable place.
Location was really good. Lots of things to see. It was near the Information Centre where the cabs could stop. This was only a couple of mins. walk from the apartment.

No clear signage indicating where the actual office was which made it difficult to find.  The cab could not drop us off  at the door because it was foot traffic only. Had to ask around a couple of times.
It took about 20 minutes to find the actual apartment with luggage and all.
The Tallink Taxi number on the Brochure/map was inaccurate. I had to google it. 
Apartment:
Building itself could use some work.
The bathroom sink was small. Could not leave much on the counter.
Note to self: Before you book, ask what floor the apartment is on. It could be a big hike up.

NIce Apartment, Management good, but could of used some help finding both the office and apartment.
