Our family of 4 had a very nice stay in Zen suite. Main bed was super comfy with pillows that would take to dreamland with ease, 2 spare beds were good for 6 and 10 year olds, for heavier people they might be too hard and uncomfortable. Room was very clean, quiet and although air con was slow it was still enough to keep temperature cool enough. Jacuzzi was a nice luxury feature which especially kids liked. Location is good, old town and Kristiine shopping center are within a 10-15min walking distance. Bolt taxi from harbour costs about 5-6€. Breakfast was good, only jam for pancakes were a bit sour for our taste on the second day of our stay (blackcurrant & cherry). Would come again.

    What was good

    This hotel was good in all its aspects, especially its offered breakfast, which I consider it as the best so far I had in Tallinn. The hotel is suitable for business traveller, but I would spend my night there if possible next time :-)

    What was bad

    Perhaps I would have liked to see a carpetted floor in my room rather a wooden floor which causes touching sounds. Otherwise the room was fine.
