The correct points: the comfortable bed, the parking, the clean room. The points to improve: room without any equipment except for a tiny fixed TV with large screws that serve as a coat door, no closet and shelf, no air conditioner, cabin bathroom, lower-cost refurbished room, breakfast or there is the essential but basic... cheap, no major defect but not to the standard of the market

Mediocre

Welcome is good, but the person's service is to be reviewed. The room is uncared for (clean). The refrigerator is changing. Good bedding. Breakfast... Bof! I've been laid on the table with the growing of the table next door. Some customers have chocolate buns, others have stick (like us), or brioche. He could just offer a choice to the customers. The food presentation is not terrible. The butter is still in the torn carton. All this is a shame, because I think there is potential at every level.

The establishment to be refreshed

An American motel perfume in what they do worst. Tiny room, cluttered with an old unplugged refrigerator on which sits an out-of-age microwave. A kitchenette corner souvenir (if, if) of twenty years. The bathroom is a 1.5 m2 polyester cell, kind of a premium campsite... dubious cleanliness, breakfast in the style of Soviet hostels of the 1970s.

Don't rely on beautiful photos...

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The reception was perfect (though we didn't arrive early), the room is small but enough to sleep in it. Same for breakfast, not very rich but enough and with the necessities. Maybe reviewing the catches that may be missing. Bemool: the first night, the floor had traces and some debris, including a cigarette paper. The bathroom was not clean (WC). The next night everything was back in order but it's a shame. Likewise, a strong smoke came back to our nostrils during our stay. Finally, during the second night, a group of young athletes were hosted, with no response to even the midnight sleepers, smelling cigarettes. We didn't even return to the city centre, but we were told that we hadn't heard the sympathetic response (but we hadn't returned to the centre).

It's a nice little hotel, clean to see.

It's a small room, but apart from sleeping in it, I didn't plan on having a party in it... the bathroom is small too, but it's very manageable even with a family of four... we're in it and we're out of it... it's very comfortable, just like the water bottles on the bed. The bunk is a little firm, especially upstairs where you sleep without a summer.

Enough to sleep

Pros:
- ample parking space
- cafe provides hot water and microwave oven.
- 3-minutes drive to Carrefour Fougeres.
- Breakfast is cheap and looks quite good.

Cons:
- location is a bit hidden from the main road.
- small room with small bathroom but cleanliness is well maintained.
- ridiculously small bath towel. This is not hot springs like in Japan.
- No a/c unit but lucky the night was cold. Can't imagine when it's in summer time.
- Window can be opened for air circulation but can be risky at night since we got a unit on the ground.
