A reception at the top. It looks very clean and functional. For a pass with 2 teenagers and a bb. 2 bedrooms equipped with TV plus. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. I recommend if you go through the. The little plus the karting for the drivers its made us have a good time.

A room large enough for two adults and a child. A bed for two people, very comfortable, and a folding bed. Separate from the rest of the bathroom. Very plentiful storage. Hello, We stayed there from 31/05/2019 to 02/06/2019. We had 1 apartment for 5 people (4 adults and 1 teenager). The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed. The apartments are very clean, the reception is excellent and courteous. The rooms, even in the apartment are very well insulated. No noise comes to disturb your sleep. I advise you to book directly from the hotel and avoid well-known websites. If you book several rooms, discounts are possible. And the hotel accepts cheques. The hotel is located a few minutes from a commercial area where you can find restaurants. The hotel is very well equipped. I wish you a good holiday stay in this hotel, Amica.

After a break on Maui the cute guy we went to look for a weekday Sunday afternoon the manager welcomed us and offered us an apartment bigger than our seats but dispo has a discounted price and he even offered me a place for my canoe and borrows an antidote we spent the 5 days in the apartment calm and rest thanks again to the responsible for their acceptance

On a business trip to the northern region, I found this hotel apartment by chance. Very nice and organizing. The studios are professional and well furnished with all the necessary necessities (salt, pepper, torchons, towels). 😊😉 To recommend.

The people at the reception are very friendly. Parking is free. It's not underground but it's in a private estate. They also have to do karts and paintball but don't worry because there is no noise in the apartments (they are very well soundproofed). impeccable and newly renovated state. Both the entrance to the building and the apartment are without key or card. All through codes, which is very convenient. They don't have air conditioning, only a small ventilator that we don't even need in August. Window with mosquito, which allows you to leave everything open despite the green surroundings. It has a kitchen in very good condition. The wifi connects but once it works no longer. As the price of the ticket goes up, you can get out of the campsite, which is very convenient.

It's a great place to stay as much as it's nice to live in. The apartments are tastefully decorated, the cleanliness is impeccable, the comfort is perfect, there's nothing missing, everything there is, unprecedented: complete dishwasher, boiler, coffee maker, vitro plate, etc. welcome coffee/tea, sugar, salt, pepper... A spacious parking lot welcomes you and no matter what time you arrive, there's no problem, everything is organized by a master's hand. Everything is done and planned to feel good. The reception is warm and friendly. A unique place to recommend to visit this area that is full of shops, to discover more attractive prices. I highly recommend this establishment.

The hotel is very simple in its common facilities, the apartment, it was very clean, it was very spacious. The mattresses were goodisimos, a perfect dream. the layout of the apartment was the necessary and new. The truth is that it is a hotel to repeat, that is, zero service. We arrived on a Saturday and we went on Monday, 2 nights, No one cleaned our room, nor did they change our towels. Around the hotel there is nothing but a field, pretty for this reason, 1 kilometer or less towards Niort there is a very large shopping center that has everything... Yes, far from the center of Niort. The attention of the people at the reception was very pleasant, they tried to make us understand in Spanish, but after all the stay there was no one, we stayed almost alone in the hotel.
