Very comfortable hotel, originally a water mill, with large rooms and balconies in a tranquil setting, overlooking a lake and spacious grounds.  At one end of the lake is the 'source bleue', and all their water is drawn from this, including to make their own artisan beer.  Dinner and breakfast are served outside on a large terrace in good weather, or in the high-ceilinged dining hall. Dinner was excellent, with a good choice of home-prepared food, and a good wine list (plus their own beer!).  Breakfast included cereal, croissants and pastries, ham and cheese and eggs, all freshly made.  We would thoroughly recommend it for an overnight or longer stay.

Peaceful surroundings and delicious dinner

This is a really urgent hotel because you spend an absolutely perfect stay there. The rooms are spacious, modern and particularly comfortable. The bathroom is modern and well-arranged. We also enjoy the beautiful park that inspires calm and relaxation. As for breakfast, it is absolutely gorgeous. A nice buffet (raw eggs, cutlery, cheeses, wineries, jams, fresh fruit,...) And the service is particularly professional! And if you can, don't hesitate to try the restaurant which is classic, but of a very high standard.

A luxurious and relaxing vacation

Positives - beautiful grounds and rooms. Lovely situation with Lake and if your a dog lover the hotel accepts them. 

Negatives. 
Set evening meal at 50€ was more style over substance and each course took over an hour to serve.  When mentioned to waiter at 11.00 pm (we sat at 8pm) that we hadn’t been given menu for dessert and the time each course took - no apology given except an excuse that he usually worked in kitchen.  Lady who was helping initially seem stressed and at one point when clearing away plate handled bread roll and placed back in front of us on placemat!   Not exactly covid aware!!!   
Dining room was also very dusty as was bedroom.  

Appreciate covid had affected businesses globally and hope that this was just a one off. 

Also emailed hotel to advise I may have left AirPods and could they check - no surprise not to have received a reply.

Disappointing 2nd visit.

We stayed at La Source Bleue overnight en route to The Alps and enjoyed the comfortable rooms and peaceful location.The hotel grounds were truly lovely-beautiful clear lake full of trout and of course the stunning blue source to be discovered.We had an excellent set dinner on the terrace-limited but well thought out choices and perfectly presented although the meal was made a bit stressful by the frequent presence of several wasps(not that this was the hotel’s fault).Service was relaxed and friendly and we were warmly greeted by the owner,Natalie.
The only disappointment was breakfast the next morning.We had been asked what time we would like breakfast and had asked for 8.30am which was agreed.It was therefore very disappointing to be told there were no more scrambled eggs available on the buffet when they had run out!The rest of the breakfast was really good with plenty of pastries, cold meats,cheeses,fresh fruit and yoghurts as well as freshly squeezed orange juice but they did let themselves down by refusing to replenish the eggs when requested.This was something highlighted by another reviewer a few years ago and sadly has not been rectified.Given the slightly expensive breakfast charge-16€ -this was not acceptable.A shame as everything else was great!

Magical setting in peaceful location

We had a great time sleeping in the trailer, a perfect dinner with great service, just a tip, a way to get to the trailer would be great because walking in the wet grass to go to dinner is not great.

Thank you very much to Nathalie and the whole team for the wonderful time spent at the Blue Source. The setting was very charming, natural and relaxing. The room was a lovely cocoon. I'll be back with pleasure knowing that I have very beautiful pictures in my mind!

Nature and Fairy

Second visit and still this wonderful feeling of disembarkation in this space so relaxing, in the heart of nature... briefly, a return to the source (blue obviously!)... Nothing to blame either at the hotel (absolute comfort in everything that is offered, calm assured, decoration carefully taken care of by all these Chinese objects) or at the restaurant (menu and quality food, know how to make the chef blameless) or at the reception (warm, funny and professional at the same time)... Our stay was perfect and we no longer wanted to leave!

Stay out of time!

This new visit to the establishment only reinforces the feeling of well-being each time we enter the door. Different accommodations (shower rooms, bathrooms, trailer, cottage) allow to meet different needs and desires. The bedding is more than excellent and everything is decorated with taste and originality. The charming Clara house allows you to meet with family or friends in the living room, the bedroom and bathroom are magnificent. Everything is organized to create a sense of intimacy. The kitchen is always as refined, new dishes, new flavors, a true warmth for the eyes as a genuine service. A genuine and authentic hospitality and humanity, a discreet and humorous reception of people, and in a serious and authentic setting.

Another visit and still so much happiness!

A hotel that meets my expectations. I've tested a lot of rooms in the Big East, the blue fountain is undoubtedly the best I've done so far. If I'm contacted by the Le Signe Museum in Chaumont for a collaboration, I'd take back a room in this hotel and an exquisite dining room in the restaurant.

Sweet and Champagne

Second weekend in this place that comforts me in my first opinion. Exceptional place, where the reception is very warm, listening to the client. Always smiling and very pleasant owners. The rooms are exceptional, very clean, very well arranged, spacious and allow for a sleep in complete calm and comfort. A very comfortable bunk. Very clean toilets with toilet separated from the bathroom. High-quality toilet linen. Balcony overlooking the pond. At the restaurant, the chef's kitchen is sought after, delicious, a high-level presentation. Very generous quantity. I will keep an excellent memory of it and return with pleasure.
