A bucolic setting or nature is queen, a friendly welcome with information about the surroundings and a very discreet presence, a beautiful starry sky with no light except that of the moon, a place where one uses all of one's senses...

Parenthese is charming

It's idyllic and relaxing. It's just the sounds of nature. You can sleep with the big open windows. It's relaxing, quiet and ressourcing. It's perfect for the outside. It's very rustic for the inside. It's gotta be loved. The floor cracks with every step. It's not obvious if you want to let someone sleep.

Idyllic and restful frame

A place like we wanted, very quiet, cozy and very convenient. Quiet as we wanted, with walkways to the exit of the ranch. Perfect for recharging. One thing we missed: a fenced place to let our dogs go, but that's only related to our situation, because we were able to go with our dogs, which was already wonderful for us. Alain and Orianne are available, very kind, but very discreet. We really enjoyed the guest table we shared with them.

A beautiful, quiet, restful and peaceful place.

We had a very pleasant week in this warm and peaceful nature, our hosts were very friendly and our hibou place made us live a very comfortable stay.

Ressourcing to nature and horses

Our cottage, with a view of the lake and the horses, offered us a relaxing stay, to advise the townspeople in search of peace and tranquility.

Resting and unpalatable

Excellent accommodation in an idyllic setting. The hostel is very pleasant, our horses well set up right next door. Many walks with very few or no roads. The hosts are warm, thoughtful and available. We had the opportunity to participate in a mountain trail training: great! to try absolutely! We hope to come back next time...

The hostel where I have stayed is pleasant and comfortable, nothing is missing. From the terrace, you have a beautiful view. An ideal place for those who want to relax in the heart of a place where nature and calm are one. I intend to let my friends enjoy this enchanting place. Especially since the reception is friendly. Horsemen will find unparalleled happiness there.

Week-end internship

We came here for my daughter's first horse ride. It's more than an animal, a friend, a companion. She made her first trip and was able to see while staying alone in a field, other horses and it was important to us. The accommodation is great and the places are beautiful for nature lovers like us. The sympathy, availability of the owners is undeniable. Bravo for all your work. We'll be back even if we live in just 30 minutes, it's unpalatable and restful.

Week-end

A quiet place resting in the nature, pleasant owner to do as much as possible, many walks around the accommodation, many tourist attractions to visit nearby including the village of Martyr Oradour on Glane

All right, all right.

The Ottus Ranch is the ideal place to relax from London's buzz. We flew in from Stansted on Friday afternoon and got there in just 15 minutes from the airport. The place is lovely and quiet and the Swiss couple who owns the place is very nice and helpful.

We stayed in one of the three wooden cottages with a direct view on the pound where horses go for a drink once in a while! The cottages are large and very cosy, with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a large living space. From there, in addition to serious relaxing, we visited Oradour-sur-Glâne, a village that has been attacked during WW2 and left in ruins; a very emotional and instructional visit. We also spent an evening in Limoges and visited its beautiful old streets and Cathedral.

I strongly recommend the place to anyone looking for a good mix of relaxing, walking, cultural visits and dining. One thing the owners could consider offering is a few bikes for rental and perhaps setup activities for children (e.g. feeding the horses, pony walk).
