35 reviewsMy husband and I left yesterday. We had a wonderful week at Mas de Lones. Marie and Denis were consumate hosts, friendly, helpful but not at all intrusive. Our room (Rousillon) was beautifully decorated, as was the whole house. The bed was very comfortable, and there was enough storage for a week's stay. Shower was powerful. Breakfast is delicious. Everyday we were there Marie had homecooked treats, and Denis's delicious jams on offer. It was served in the garden, which has lots of different seating options and though not huge, is beautiful. The pool was excellently maintained, a good temperature and very welcome after a day in the heat. The Mas is extremely well located. Very close to all the villages we love, Gordes, Ménerbes, Bonnieux etc. It's peacefully positioned amongst the vines, and a 20 minute or so stroll to nearby restaurants. We highly recommend the Petit Café at Oppède le Vieux, and the bistro at Oppède le Poulivets. All in all, a really lovely stay.
