Went for a business trip. Nice clean rooms, though little small. Nice service, good food, and bar downstairs. The location is awesome. The station is just 150-200 meter from the hotel. Nice view of Eiffel tower from the hotel.

Nice stay

I used to stay at this hotel for business and back then it was a good quality 4* hotel. Not anymore. Upon check-in we were told that we had been upgraded to a superior room. On arrival at the room we were wondering what the standard room would have looked like. We were given a cramped corner room. 

What is wrong with it: 
The room was cramped. There was no literature in the room about the hotel and its services. The shower was temperamental and ran hot and cold. The bar closed at 10:30pm. Could not order room service. No-one picked up the phone. When we persisted to call our line was disconnected. I eventually called using my mobile and was greeted by a disdainful receptionist. All he could was advise was that I put phone back properly on the hook. The following day, breakfast was an abysmal affair. Overcooked bacon and runny watery scrambled eggs. 

What is good about it: 
Comfortable bed. 

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Would have booked the lovely Pullman over the road if it weren't closed for refurbishment.

It's all downhill for the Concorde

Stayed at this tatty excuse for a 4 star hotel. 
Bad breakfast, cold and overcooked. 
A shower in the room that runs hot and cold. 
Tried to order room service after 11pm and it had finished. 
The bar closed at 11pm on a Saturday night. 
Then we are charged a tax just for staying at a hotel in Paris. 
The streets are dirty and the place is falling apart. 
The metro is a sleeping place and toilet for the homeless. 
Paris? Don't go!

Dissatisfied Very!

No internet was available at the hotel the 7 days I stayed there, notified staff several times. Staff members kept saying it would be available shortly but never no connection. I got tired of asking, on my way back in the hotel Saturday night I heard the lady at the front desk get upset with another customer from him complaining about the internet.

Internet service

The location is good for seeing many sites. The hotel is average. The staff is average as well. The rooms are smaller than normal but the beds are comfortable and cozy. There are may rooms with views from all sides of the city.

An Average Stay

Bath room to be more equipped and breakfast to be improuved. No meet instead of porc, The viennoiserie is not so good. Luck of choice cereals. No information about fitness center. In the bath room no body lotion

Good location, great breakfast with wonderful restaurant staff, pity the front desk isn’t as attentive. While it snowed out side, the room was kept at 19degree and we had to plead for a heater. Practical if you want a good location

Great location pity about the staff

I had booked this hotel before reading reviews and as such I was nervous about my stay. Thankfully I had no need to worry! 

The reception team were welcoming and informative and we had some laughter as I has walked from Porte de Versailles and probably looked like I had run a marathon! The hotel location is excellent--taxi stand outside, immediately next door to rail station and bus terminal. The location felt safe and the view of the Eiffel tower was awesome.

OK, the rooms are a little old but the bed was incredibly comfy, loads of big soft pillows and meticulously clean and well appointed. 

I have only one complaint--I ate in the bar on the first night--the bar tender (very tall one) was most ignorant. A French gentleman sat on the table next to me in the bar area--he was immediately attended to with food and drink orders--I had to make a concerted effort to get any attention and eventually another very helpful bar member helped me and made everything right---young man this is modern Europe and the old days of differentiation dependent on country of origin are long gone!

Aside from that "training need" it was a really pleasant stay and I will not hesitate to stay again. Traveller tip, if you are exhibiting or visiting Porte de Versailles the cab ride is only €10 from the taxis on the rank and the drivers are really friendly and helpful--Uber users had less good to say and paid more!

Much Better than I hoped for

Location : very near to metro stop , great location.
Check in/ check out. Check in was very smooth and welcoming. Thanks to Miss Gariner, really
good receptionist. Check out was really bad as the receptionist Soaad had very bad attitude. I was really disappointed with her but the front office handled the matter very well.

Room: very clean, tidy and warm .

Staff: really good staff beside the receptionist.

Breakfast: 21€ pp, naaah I’d suggest to eat outside.



Very good location but not a nice check out.

I did stay for two nights in a small room on the fifth floor with a malfunctioning airco, temperature not descending under 24 °C. The problem apparently could not be resolved. There were no windows to open and augmenting ventilation did only rise temperature. Rooms do need an update. Breakfast buffet didn’t meet the expected standards.
