Where do I start? The pictures of the outside entrance that are on here are fake because the entrance is not like that. The entrance photos on here of the stairs are also not like the place is, the walls have got no wallpaper on them & as I entered my coat pressed against the wall and I ended up with orange brick dust staining my white coat. Then as I got to the top of the stairs to reception (carrying a lot of luggage) I was horrified to learn that my room was on the 5th floor & I had to go up a narrow spiral staircase. It nearly killed me getting to my room. Then I struggled to get the key to work. By the time I entered the room & saw the inside of it & the bathroom I was ready to cry. There was no shampoo or shower gel, just a tiny bar of soap. The radiator stopped working & there was only a sheet on the bed so I was freezing. I did get up during the night & put a blanket on that was in there but that didn't make much difference either. The sheets actually felt dirty to the touch, a bit rough too. The pictures on here are a lot better than what you see. I've put 4 of mine on which make it look better than it is too. When I got back late there was a group of guys sat in the downstairs part which is derelict, it may have been a bar? As I was entering the code to get in one of them opened the door & was very abrupt asking me what I was doing. I said I'd got a room & he asked me to show him the key, I did & he let me in. I felt very vulnerable & quite scared as I was on my own & I didn't know what they were up to.

If only I could give it a 0. First of all the pictures are stolen from another hotel, they are not what the hotel actually looks like. We didn’t mind at first and thought for a cheap price, it will be fine for the night. 

We got into bed around 1am and me and my partner were falling asleep. We kept hearing rustling in one of our bags, but we tried to ignore it and fall asleep. At one point I put my head up to look and something ran out of the bag. My boyfriend rang the reception and he came to the room. He said from the 5 years he has worked there, there has never been mice. He tried to convince us that we were making it up and there wasn’t anything there. He tied the bag up where the noise was coming from and placed it on top of the cupboards and said that will be fine, and then left. 10 minutes on and we can still hear rustling in the bag so we called him up again. He opened up the bag, which had sealed packs of super noodles in and the super noodle pack had been opened, he looked through the whole bag and said nothing was there. I then said the noodle bag was closed and it had a big tear on it, he then tried to say that a mouse couldn’t have done that, pulled a pack of noodles out of the bag and then there it was, the mouse flung out and ran off. I was MORTIFIED. 

He then moved us to another room, but we could still hear scratching. We didn’t get to sleep until 5am. In the morning the man had left and there was a different gentleman there, we asked him to come up to the room with us whilst we got our stuff out, just in case the mouse appeared again. He refused numerous times to come up with us but he eventually did. I had to change my top so I went into the bathroom, and there it was. The mouse dead on the floor right near the shower. He then picked it up with a tissue and acted like nothing had happened. 

I am absolutely disgusted with the hotel and do not recommend that anyone stays here. Even just for a cheap night stay because it’s worth nothing and needs to be shut down.

MICE

I come often to Paris and I do know that many (but not all) budget hotels are filthy and worn out, same as in NY or London...BUT...this hoteldefinitelly was the worst hotel I've ever been to. AVOID THIS RAT HOLE!!!
  The room I was given was realy dirty, the window curtains with stains, bed linen with stains and holes, some hairs also under the pillow, so apparently, they haven't cleaned a lot the room before. Furthermore, there was a bad smell , like urine, probably from the bad WC tubing. The shower fusty...and uncleaned.
Wi-Fi? The claim they have it, but no chance, it didn't work.
Other thing is, that there is a (also dirty) Kebab fast food bistro directly in hotel reception, so you will feel a smell of burned frying oil all the time.

The receptionist is very rude and unpleasant, a kind of arabic, very unfriendly.

Last thing, also the street hotel is placed in is not realy a place to be, in the night it is full of drug-addict people, that are quite agressive, asking you money.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! If you come travel to Paris in summer, better sleep outside in a park...

Very clever of you to read some TripAdvisor reviews first before booking, as you'll see below...

Despite not actually having slept at the hotel (you'll understand why soon), I believe that I can still share my experiences. 
First off, we booked for 2 adults. We added in the comment section that we would like an extra bed to be placed for a child. Upon arrival, turns out that the owner says that they could only place an extra bed if the owner was willing to. He proceeds by saying that we had to pay an extra €45 (which was now a total of €90) for a new room. What?! 
The staff was alright; communication was not hindered due to our lack of the French language. 

We paid the requested amount. We decided to go check out the new room. Turns out that it was just a humid, warm and simply poorly maintained (linings covered in dirt/dust, leaking pipes), where the previous room for only 2 people was exactly the same. Hardly any room to move about in the room. Trust me- it was just a room where you don't want to sleep in!

Moreover, the hotel didn't have an elevator. This meant that you had to carry your luggage up a narrow set of stairs- and it becomes your living nightmare when your room is on the fifth floor and you have quite some luggage. 

Their parking garage which was not covered (defining that rain etc could come on your vehicle) had a fee of €20. 

In the end: This hotel was most certainly not worth €110 (what we paid). We tld the man/owner that we thought this hotel was simply unacceptable for this amount. He only gave us €65 back, and not the full amount. 

Only the location was adequate. 

PLEASE don't book here. You will deeply regret it!!

Don't even think about coming here. Seriously.

Rude owner, noisy street, dirty room. The shower didn't work, we were given hand towels but not real bath towels. The wifi didn't work even on the first floor or ground floor where upon asking we were told it would work. Bed dipped in the middle like the mattress was 20 years old. Room smelled like stale smoke. Tv turned on despite remote not working, but not a single channel- all said signal unavailable. Key very difficult to use to lock or unlock door and staff entered room, presumably to clean, without knocking at 8 am while we were in bed. Terrible hotel experience.
