I chose this hotel because it was less expensive than others in the area close to UNESCO, and I was on a tight budget.  I was very pleased with my stay and would stay there again.  The folks at the front desk were very kind.  I requested a view and tho their lift was out of service, I opted for a fourth floor room where I could see the Eiffel Tower, even from the bed!  It was a spacious room.  My only wish was for an electrical outlet near the bed, but all else was fine.  Proximity to Metro a big plus, plus, it is very close to cafes, shops, and restaurants in every direction.

Great place to stay!  Good value

I stayed here 3 weeks. It's a 3-star hotel in a very good location in Paris. Very near the La motte Picquet metro station, which is convenient. It's in a busy neighborhood: you step out of the hotel and you'll find a great selection of cafes, restaurants just in the corner within steps. But be aware: the room quality is just fine, nothing fancy. And the WiFi is POOR!!! Completely unusable. I had to use my 4G mobile broadband to get even a simple email or facebook. Also, the lift of the other wing was broken for weeks, thankfully not on my side where I stayed. Overall, it's OK.

Average mid-range hotel

The hotel is cheap, so this is a plus when you’re traveling on a budget. But I’ve been to much cheaper places with better service.
The location is really good, right in front of a subway station and many places to eat around, as well as a supermarket.
The room, however, is small and poorly taken care of. It smelled really bad (mix of sweat and grease) and the pillows can barely be called as such. 
They have a strange policy of making you leave your card to room with them if you go out at night. And sometimes there was nobody at the reception desk when we arrived late, and therefore not much control of people who can access the rooms making us doubt the safety of the premises.
