Dirty, greasy, broken bed, hairs everywhere, rubbish bin from previous customers, etc.
If you don't want to get sick, don't book this 

we checked in and after 20 minutes we checked out. we reported to the reception that the room and the bathroom were dirty, but the reception told us that nothing would be done until the next day and that even if we changed rooms, little would have changed because all the rooms are more or less similar. so we decided to leave this place before we got sick. and fortunately we found a real hotel nearby clean and very nice. we asked for at least 50% refund since we weren't there more than 20 minutes but it was denied. stay away from this place, and someone who has never done a bad review in her life tells you so.

Booked and cancelled when I found out this hotel does not provide breakfast, they claim they have taken it away due to the ”health crisis” despite covid time is since long over. 
The hotel wrote me they were sorry I cancelled before tasting it (”gouter”) which is odd since there is nothing to taste

We arrived in Paris a day late due to a cancelled flight, but contacted the hotel via phone and email to let them know we would still be coming, to which they responded 'see you later'. However, when we arrived in person, we were told our booking had been cancelled, we hadn't been notified, AND our room had been re-booked by other guests leaving us with nowhere to stay.

The experience was very stressful and staff were rude, they refused to refund us despite them cancelling our booking. Thankfully we booked through hotels.com who came to our rescue. 

Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Awful customer service experience

My daughter had booked this hotel via Hotel.com and had paid the full amount in advance. Unfortunately her flight was cancelled last minute and rearranged for the next day by Easy Jet. 
When she arrived in Paris the next day she called the hotel to apologize and confirm that she would be checking in late to which they said no problem. 
However, when she arrived they said they had cancelled the booking due to her not showing up the day before. 
They were extremely unhelpful and rude, told her they would not honor her booking and refused to give her a refund or agree for them to stay despite them having empty rooms and her £250. This would have left 2 young women stranded in Paris at night without anywhere to sleep!
Eventually after a telephone call from Hotel.com they agreed that they could stay that night but they had no room for the following eve. Hotel.com requested a refund of the unused night which was to be approved by the manager the following day.  Unfortunately the manager was just as rude and refused to give them a refund for anything. 
The customer service this hotel provides is terrible. They cancelled a booking without informing the client, (not the first time this has happened when you look at the other reviews).

Extremely incompetent unprofessional staff. Strongly suggest you never book this hotel. The reason why many people dislike the French. Cancelling a reservation one day before the stay and not adhering to the booking regulations! Unacceptable!

WORST HOTEL IN PARIS

The hotel was clean and silent.we spent there 6 nights with my 10 years daughter in August 2018. Traffic was good,metro station is only couple of minutes away.The stuff was very friendly and helpfull.

so we booked a room like a month before our arrival and just after landing in Paris booking.com mailed me that my reservation was canceled because of an invalid credit card.
First of all that was a couple of hour before check- in time, Second I contacted my bank there was valid amount of money they could use and IF they were right and there wasn't enough money, I would have appreciated a CALL before cancellation as i was on my way to hotel and i could have provided cash ! and when  I called them they told me that my room has already been booked by other guests just like that and the hotel is fully booked !

Location: I was visiting Paris for a weekend and this was the ideal place to stay. The location is very close to two metro stations (Blue and Red line), Goncourt on red line is just next to the hotel, so it is ideal for tourists who want to get quickly to a destination without walking or via cab. Even walking it is 25 mins from Notre Dame. The hotel entrance is in a small alley.

Hotel & Room: Like I said dont expect all the bells and whistles here, the hotel lobby and rooms are neat and clean, but very small. The receptionist was kind enough to allow us to keep our bags in their locked room till we could check-in. The room was clean and cozy, we had the one with private bathroom.

Cons: No elevator, our room was on the 4th floor and had to walk every day via a very small staircase. More importantly, the room has no cooling apparatus, so in the summer it gets crazy warm, I would say avoid this if you are here in summer months.

Good for 1-2 day stay

The Staff was so helpful and friendly. They ordered a taxi for us and even waited with us under the rain to make sure it arrived.
The room was ok and the bathroom was clean. There is a metro station one minute away,and a delightful patisserie by the corner(yann couvreur)i would come again!
