Walking distance to/from the train station and Batobus and regular bus stops. Also close to many shops, restaurants, ATMs. I felt safe in the neighborhood. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and up-to-date. The bed and pillows were the best that we experienced in Europe. The room was pretty small, but not so small as to be an issue. Beware that the elevator is also small: 2 people with no luggage or 1 with luggage, but definitely not a deal-breaker for us. If I were to go back to Paris I would likely stay here again.
