We have stayed at the Westin Grand in Berlin many times. The service and staff are outstanding. Boris, the Guest Services Manager, is outstanding. Robert and the staff in the bar restaurant area are amazing. Arum and his housekeeping staff on the 6th floor went out of their way to make our stay special. The staff in this hotel make it an anazing experience .
