There is nothing good to say about this apartment, except that it looks ok.

But looks can be deceiving.

Woke up on the first day with BED BUG bites allllllll over my body and my own blood on the bed covers, 5/7 people were affected - check the photos.

We landed yesterday and had to go to an emergency doctors appointment because of the discomfort and pain it was causing us(currently on antibiotics and meds now). The stay was only 3 days and look at how terrible it's gone.

Also, the owner and his son had scared us away, imagine 7 girls alone in that apartment, we had to leave asap. They are inconsiderate and cannot do-operate well

Absolutely appalled, avoid at all costs.

BED BUGS - AVOID!!!!

I really don’t know where to start. Maybe, the apartment. When I walked in, I generally thought “wow this is a nice, clean apartment” but the more I stayed the more I had problems. Firstly, it doesn’t have essential needs such as hand wash, iron, etc. Also if you’re gonna have a washing machine, surely you’d provide washing powder too? Anyways it gets worse... bed bugs!!! All of us got bitten so bad (images attached). Hygiene... What’s that? This really spoilt my trip in Berlin. Am I suppose to enjoy myself or worry about my health? Thankfully there was a pharmacy close by! Let’s move on to the manager. He’s rude, disrespectful and aggressive. Communication was definitely a mess which wasn’t very professional. He also caused a lot of problems which are personal so can’t really go into much detail but he wasn’t doing his job well.

I advice you to do your research properly before you think about booking this apartment. It may look nice on the outside but ‘don’t judge a book by its cover’. Don’t make the mistake I made!!!

AVOID!!

Before booking this apartment I did see a few bad reviews but still thought let’s go for it. Biggest mistake ever, the grumpy bold man is so rude as soon as we got their he shouted at us to take our shoes off. We are grown woman, not his kids to be raising his voice. The lights are so poorly,  there was 7 of us and they only provided us with 2 toilet tissues and when we asked for more they were being difficult. The son does not understand English. The first night we got bitten by BED BUGS!!!!! It was disgusting, shows how dirty this apartment is I don’t think they clean their damn beds properly. I will attach pictures to show you how bad it was. On top or that we got threatened by the father and the son, they were very aggressive. They do not know what customer service is! And if they tell you they don’t have additional keys they are lying because the son came into our apartment by a spare key without even asking us! Please guys we just went recently please avoid this apartment, last thing you want us bed bugs! We all got bed bugs!

DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT PLEASE!

An apartment here worked well for us for a week in Berlin, though it was quite basic and had some disadvantages. The apartment was spacious for two of us, the bathroom was good with ample hot water and had a washing machine. Although not near the sights of central Berlin, the apartment was well-placed for public transport.  There were buses to the U-bahn station and tram, or it was a 10-minute walk.  The U-bahn line (U8) ran directly to Alexanderplatz, or a change at Gesundbrunnen took us to Brandenburg Tor and nearby places. The tram went to Prenzlauer Bauer.  There is a large supermarket not far from the apartments, and small shops nearby.  From the airport it was an easy trip on the 128 bus.  Email communication was good and helpful advice given about transport from the airport, and to the main railway station. It was pretty good value for money and was clean and comfortable.
On the down side, there was a washing machine, but no drying rack of any kind.  There was no information or instructions in the apartment.  We arrived quite late and were shown the apartment and given keys quite quickly but forgot to ask for the wi-fi code, it was nowhere in the apartment and we had to phone someone off-site to get it.  There was no information about how to contact the person on-site about anything.  Lighting was extremely poor - it was impossible to read and would have been difficult to do cooking. Kitchen equipment wasn't sufficient to do meal preparation even if there was decent lighting. Nothing was provided to wipe surfaces or sweep floors - we stayed for a week.  Furniture and fittings weren't good quality but adequate.  Some simple, easy, cheap improvements could improve reviews enormously.
