I took 24 students on a school trip and we stayed at HR & spa, the students had a fantastic stay. The hotel management met all of our needs and bent over backwards to personalise our stay, everything was made to feel as if it wasn't too much trouble. The location is truly stunning and the facilities were perfect for our educational visit. The only thing that could be improved is being given a designated area just for your group to use for example we had a quiz one night and it would have been nice to have a function room or area allocated to us and just us.
