We booked two apartments in August, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor (there are three apartments, one on each floor). The owner also lives in the same building. The apartments are managed by the wife and daughter, which are very helpfull and friendly. The apartments are new, very clean and have one bedroom (apartment on the ground and second floor). The apartment on the first floor has two bedrooms. Each apartment has a kitchenette and a bathroom and a washing machine. A breakfast is provided each day in the apartemtn. The location is a nearby Assisi and other polular places in Umbrie. Great value for your money. A small detail may be the final touch. For instance, not every apartment has a broom, a drying rack or coffee machine, the kitchen exhaust is not connected and the shower doors are very weak. If these small issues were solved it's certainly a worth 10 out of 10. The apartment has Wifi, but only in the bedroom.
