unrealistic price for one night only (more than 100 €), a very small room with broken toilet, shower and sink, the location is quite central but I felt really bad for the permanence, fortunately for a short time.  unprofessional staff.  I won't return

We visited in February and arrived at 10 PM to find the radiators cold. The next morning we informed the owner that it was very cold during the night and he said that it’s impossible because he has a thermostat set at 21 degrees Celsius, he checked the radiators and thermostat and said it was all good. He also told us to let him now via message if the room is still cold during the night and that he will come check if something is wrong. When we got to our room the second night, again, the radiators where freezing and so was the room, we sent him a message and got no reply. We managed to find the thermostat ourselves (it was hidden behind a small chalkboard in a hallway), set it to 22 degrees Celsius and finally had some heat in our room. 
  Unfortunately even with a normal room temperature we couldn’t get much sleep because the walls and doors are very thin and you can hear every little noise that comes from your neighbors. We got up at 6 AM because of the noise, not because we were rested.
  The location is great, near the center of the city, the rooms and bathroom are spacious and clean. 
  There is no parking provided by the owner and it’s very difficult to find a parking space near the apartment (“strisce blu”, not “strisce gialla”).

  It’s a shame that the owner is trying to save some money by diminishing the comfort of his guests. I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation because it’s not worth it to spend a night in a cold room only to be woken up at 6 AM because of the thin walls and noisy neighbors. Too bad...

Cold and noisy rooms

so I booked a room for 2 nights here. It is really close to the bridge and in less than 10min walk, you are at Verona Arena. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean, and it even had a private balcony (of course it depends on which room you select). We actually booked a room with shared bathroom which was cheaper but upon our arrival, they said that we can stay in the other room with private bathroom and balcony. 
There is a small common area to chill with books and board games. The kitchen is really big and comfortable and we also cooked for lunch there to save some money. The breakfast is free and it is basic (which is normal, because I mean it is not a hotel or something). 
Maybe the only discomfort was one family staying in the other room that at 3 am coming back from the arena they were really loud. This has nothing to do with the B&B itself but rather uncivilized people in the other room. My overall rating is very good.

It is clean, comfortable, and great location

It was a tiny bit hard to find but the people at the cafe helped us right away. It’s very authentic! We just saw our name on a key and let ourselves into our room. Nice city view! Big comfy beds, new shower, huge breakfast area. So quiet and clean. Honestly one of the best places I have stayed at in Europe (I have been to 15+ countries).
Zero human interaction with strangers, spacious and lovely free coffee and pastry. 10/10!

EXCELLENT VISIT FIVE STARS

Small,clean and comfortable rooms in a BnB in Verona, a 5 minute walk from the center/ old town. 

Really perfect location, at decent prices. Small breakfast provided. Shared bathrooms. Kind staff. No 24/7 reception so arrival needs to be coordinated. Great WiFi connection. 

Great place, perfect location 

The b&b is easy to find and in walking distance to the city center. Do not try to find a parking space in the area! We got in without any trouble with the codes that we were sent earlier that day. The room was quite big but there was no air conditioning so it was really hot in there. Even with closed windows it was also very loud as the street is directly below the window and the bus regularly comes by. At night, (at least at the weekend) the guests of the bars and restaurants stand in the street and contribute to the noise even more. 
In the bathroom, when using the shower, sink or toilet there is a loud noise and you can smell the sewage a little which is not exactly pleasing in the morning.
The breakfast is self service and consists mainly of packaged pastries, bread, yoghurt and juices.
Next time in Verona we'll book a hotel in the city centre with a parking garage to save time and reduce stress - the area seemed a lot more quiet as well.

Hot and loud

Clean apartment, wonderful hosts. They were able to get us a fan when it was hot and muggy and my partner was sick. It was an adorable place nearby all the sites while still far enough away that it was quiet. Definitely recommend.
