First of all, you should note that if you're looking for a luxury hotel, this is not for you! But for us it was perfection. We came to Verona for a 2 night stay and I booked this B&B based on reviews on Booking.com and the price being the most reasonable that I could find. We arrived at the B&B at 3pm and rung the buzzer, and after a few minutes we were greeted by one of the staff. She was incredibly helpful and spoke perfect English, and helped us check in without a problem. Other than that, we only saw a member of staff once, which was at breakfast the following morning. This was lovely for us as it just felt like we were staying in our own apartment, it made it feel much more authentic. It's also a 5 minute walk from Piazza Bra and the Arena - a great central location. I can't comment on the breakfast as we went out in the morning and found our own, but there was a good selection of drinks and snacks, and coffee making facilities to help yourself to. The room was simple and clean, but comfy. Lovely bathroom and cosy bed. There is also a balcony off of the kitchen for smokers, with a table and chairs. Next time we come to Verona, we'll be staying here again! It might not be everyone's cup of tea but for us it was perfect.
