We stayed in this B&B for one night. For such a short stay in Verona we probably should have booked somewhere more central as it was quite a walk into town (30 mins) and we had to catch buses to and from the train station. Our friends had also booked this B&B which was the only reason we booked here but they received a call on the day we were all checking in advising them that they had been moved to another apartment in a different part of Verona. I'm not sure who they booked through or how this happened, but it was very inconvenient for us to not all be staying in the same location, especially when neither location was particularly central! However our host Francesca was very accommodating and let us and our friends all store our luggage in her apartment below until 9.30 at night on the day we checked out. The house is lovely with nice balconies, terrace and garden. It was extremely hot while we were in Verona and there is no air con, only fans. There is one bathroom to share between 3 bedrooms but this was never an issue during our stay. Apparently breakfast was included but the lady who greeted us upon check-in spoke no English and we thought she asked us if we wanted breakfast to which we said no. It appeared they had a table set for us in the morning though. So I can't vouch for the breakfast but there is a good array of condiments and tea/coffee on offer at all times!
All in all we had a pleasant stay but wish we had stayed somewhere closer into town.

Nice B&B but far from town

We had an amazing time in villa lucia! The room was clean and pretty, the bathroom was great and you get to enjoy breakfast on the terrace. Francesca is a remarquable hostess and made sure we had a good stay.
The villa is located a 15 min walk from the center, easily accessible by bus as well. 
Just mind the light in the hall as it might disturb your neighbours at night. 

Lovely

Lucy and Jorge are excellent hosts and have an amazing property. We enjoyed the home cooked meals and company. Lucy was great at helping us arrange transportation and with fantastic ideas for sightseeing. We look forward to our return.

Great taste of Tuscany!

My fiancée and I stayed here for two nights during a trip around Italy, this was probably our favourite stay of our whole trip. Because this is a family business and home you really do get that charming Italian feel, Francesca the owner was really helpful, offering us maps, timetables and inside knowledge of the area! Nothing was too much for her, she really was wonderful. 

Rooms: beautiful, everything you could need was provided. 
One thing- our room was next door to the shared bathroom which meant that sometimes you are disturbed by light- the bedroom doors are mostly glass so easy to come through. Other than that the shared bathroom was clean and not a problem to use. 

Breakfast- The best we had during our tour of Italy (7 cities so not bad!) plentiful supply of fresh fruit, pastries, omelettes, juice and coffee- oh and eating on the terrace was  a real treat too.

Location: A bus ride into the main area- we did walk this twice but it was a good 30 minutes. Bus stop not even a minute away from the villa. 

This B&B represented great value for money- if its true Italian charm you want then stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Exceeding Expectations! Wonderful breakfast

Would highly recommend! We only stayed for one night but it was perfect from the beginning to end. The woman who welcomed us was lovely, and went through a map of Verona with us and gave us recommendations on where to eat and go. The room was a reasonable size, we shared a bathroom with other guests but it was not a problem. The only slight down fall was that it took us 30+ minutes to get to the centre but there's lots of public transport near by. It's definitely worth a lot more than what you pay!
