We were attending a concert in the Arena and wanted to stay nearby. We looked and looked at various hotels and apartments before deciding on Federica's apartment. We were so delighted with our choice. The apartment is in a great location about a 5/7 min walk from Piazza Bra and the Arena. 
Federica got in touch with us before we arrived to confirm arrival time and was there to warmly greet us when we arrived. We parked on the street outside the apartment and Federica gave us a parking pass for the duration of our stay. 

The apartment itself is perfect - lovely high ceilings and big windows - great air conditioning and very airy. Federica is so kind and thoughtful and has made sure that the apartment has everything you could possibly need - shampoo, shower gel, soap, slippers, spare toothbrushes - she has thought of everything. 

There is a lovely espresso machine, coffee pods and a selection of teas there for guests. Federica also very kindly left us a resent of various beverages in the fridge and a small local breakfast cake.

The bed was very comfortable and there was a lovely balcony off the bedroom to sit on and enjoy your morning espresso while watching the locals go about their daily business.

We had a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning to the apartment in the future.

Wonderful place to stay

Cannot rave highly enough of this apartment.. ideal location, with parking in the heart of Verona, 5 minutes walk to the main square.. Frederica is so very friendly, helpful and cannot do enough for you, even down to decaff & regular coffee pods at your disposal..and small torch night lights in the bedroom. Travelled with my family, so also used the sofa bed, surprisingly that was also very comfy. Apartment ideal for 2, but sleeps 4 comfortable. Would highly recommend.

A Little Gem

Federica (the owner) is very helpful. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and the location is excellent - few minutes walking to city center, train station, near to supermarket and good restaurants. The parking lot is free of charge and we received a "welcome wine" ... we loved this! :-)

We had some problems with our wi-fi connection, but Federica was helpful and solve the problem as fast as possible.



Amazing!!!

Just returned from a 3 night stay in Verona. Frederica had organised our airport transfers as requested and was there to meet us at the apartments. She even had the apartment decorated with some Easter chocolates, cakes and also wine and sweets.  The apartment itself was very spacious,  clean and warm. It had everything we needed. Within easy walking distance of many of the sites of Verona and the train station.  Lovely new gelatori at one the end of the street and a 2 storey eurospar at the other end.  There is also another supermarket called Pam close by.  Would definitely stay here again if I weee to return to Verona.

Fabulous accommodation in Verona

This outstanding apartment is exactly as described. The living area with comfortable couch, dining room table and well-appointed kitchen is spacious and would meet the requirements of the most fastidious guests. The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and the bathroom with its rain shower and contemporary styling match the rest of the appointments in this apartment. It goes without saying that the apartment was spotlessly clean and included many little extras indicating that the owner has taken great care to ensure guests have a memorable stay. The air conditioning was a blessing during a hot spell we experienced and once milder conditions returned we opened the windows to enjoy the cool breeze. The quiet location with restaurant opposite, café at the entrance and supermarket just a couple of hundred metres away is ideal. The major tourist sites can all be reached on foot and this is by far the best way to visit them. All in all this is an outstanding apartment which we can unreservedly recommend.
