We are still here, but wanted to do my review now, 
We got here yesterday and meet a lovely lady (we got here early) she couldn’t have been more helpful, 
Told us all the best places to go, 
The room is beautiful and clean, the bed is so comfortable it’s unbelievable, 
We are bang smack in the middle of Verona and we can’t hear no noise or anything! 
It’s great for shopping as you’re so very close to everything! 
The views from our room are just breathtaking they really are, the hole place is clean, 
We have not even left yet but want to come back here, 
We felt so very welcomed me and my husband have had a great and wonderful day, I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! 
We are really enjoying our time together and feel so blessed we found this beautiful little hotel it really is just beautiful

Beautiful

We arrived by taxi and were met at the property by a young woman who gave us a brief introduction and left us with the keys.
The room was comfortable, but being so close to the Arena prone to noise from concerts etc. The sound check for Simple Minds literally made the building rattle!
We were expected to check out by 10 and were told she would return at that time, however, she kept us waiting for about half an hour, repeatedly texting and saying she was just around the corner or in Piazza Bra, while we were waiting to escape and go and have breakfast!

Close to Arena and Piazza Bra

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host was wonderful and even allowed us to cancel last minute and reschedule for the next day when our luggage didn't arrive with us in Milan and we were delayed. The room has access to a central area with a fancy coffee vending machine and water dispenser, which was very nice. Great stay.

Great location and quaint local charm.

I made a reservation for 2 nights, unfortunately the day before arriving there I tested positive; I was in Venice and I didn’t wanted to travel all the way there but I didn’t have enough to reserve another hotel so I spoke to the owner and tried to get to an agreement since it was a weekend and probably they could rent the place back right away. I was not expecting a full refund but at least one night. They didn’t care and said I was trying to scam them. Very sad they don’t care about customers. They got double money that weekend. If you make a reservation with them be prepared they won’t help if you run into an emergency.

Location is a 10 of 10. Room large , clean , a little dated and a surprising view for a city center.
Leonardo was a pleasure to deal with.

A little ackward with the 4 key system but manageable( remember this is a B and B not a 4 star hotel.

Here’s the downfall. WiFi is brutal, which is unnecessary in this day and age
Breakfast was sad, stale packaged bread some packaged cold cuts cheese in a wrapper and crappy coffee, stale juice in old containers. A small effort from the owners might provide local cheese and salami or prosuictto etc. sad effort

Finally it seems the owners like to refer guests to an awful dingy local restaurant. In a city of 200 restaurants they shouldn’t do this. Must be a relative.

Mostly great but

The B&B is ideally located, a couple of hundred metres from Piazza Bra and the Arena; this aspect can't be faulted and the welcome was warm enough. But the room was a little tired, with warnings about overloading the electricity supply (you mustn't have air conditioning and hair dryer on simultaneously!) and no window. There was a skylight but it was too high to offer any view. The shower was basic, ditto toiletries - everything worked but you couldn't say much more than that. Main criticism was breakfast - a 'help yourself from the fridge' affair - with cheap ingredients and a pod-type coffee maker (loads of wasteful plastic!!!). It felt a bit student-y and for the price we expected more. We didn't particularly look forward to returning to our room after a day in lovely Verona and wouldn't return here; there are better value places in the city with more to offer. Our impression was that the owners of Art & Breakfast are a bit complacent, and rely on the 5-star location too much.
