The campsite is located right by a small river. It is an ideal starting point for sightseeing and hiking. We stayed in one of the new mobile homes, which offer great comfort, are very well equipped and were extremely clean. Very friendly staff! Peace of mind!

Relaxation in the green!

We were on a weekend in September with our two-year-old daughter. While Dad was fishing in the river, we were playing in numerous playgrounds, jumping on a bat and going to a fancy swimming pool 15 minutes from the campsite, where a two-hour free ticket is issued every day. The nature is fancy, very clean and quiet. We lived in a small house with all the amenities - hot water, batteries, kitchen - everything to feel at home! We took a grill from the house and on the street every night and roasted meat and sausages and ate on the porch. Very, very, very much advice for anyone who wants to spend a weekend in nature and at the same time have something to eat in the campsite!!!

Best weekend in the wild!!!!

We were in a very nice mobile home for a week and we felt very comfortable. Right by the Ur, we were able to experience some walks. The operators are very supportive, helpful and friendly. We're back.

That's great!

We were in this restaurant at the beginning of April on a weekend. We ate very well there. It was already the new owners. The very casual and professional service was convincing. The food was of a very good, fresh quality. The price/performance was also right. Everything was perfect. Wish the team good luck. And so on.

We were with the youth at the campsite beach and I have to admit it's a very clean, very quiet place and there's exceptional supervision of very clean toilets and the friendly and kind owners a place to hang out with little kids.

There's a place to stay

A lot of nature, a nice little river for bathing. Uncomfortable were the toilets, far on foot (+-300) and not very many, especially difficult during peak hours. Service at the restaurant was very nice in general, except for an employee who was really not pleasant and not useful at all, on the contrary!!!! Otherwise very clean, the toilets, playgrounds and locations.

Camping in tents

We've stayed here during the weekend the mill man trail in Echternach took place, although it was a chilly weekend the mobilhomes were of a great quality ensuring comfy temperatures even in this type of year. This is also a beautiful time of year to do some hiking and enjoy the local area. One of the benefits waste roving tickets for the closely situated indoor swimming pool which is of phenomenal quality and very clean. A real tip when you want to get away from the busy city life and become one with nature!!

Great place to enjoy nature

This campsite is great. It is situated in very green surroundings and along a river which is good enough to bathe in. From the campsite you can go on hikes through the forest. The campsite has good amenities, with clean and spacious sanitary, a nice restaurant and a small shop which is really handy in case you forget something. The only downside is that it is quite far from a nice town (Vianden is 30 minutes drive). The campsite gives free tickets to the indoor pool in Diekirch (15 minutes drive), which is nice to do if the weather isn't great. The owners are really kind and thoughtful and helped with planning trips and walks and gave information.

Great campsite

We went with our sister in law the first time we been there . Winding roads to get there as it's in a very green valley . On arrival it was breath taking . Green everywhere . River running through it . Cross a metal bridge you are in Germany . A very short drive for provisions and fuel . lovely restaurant and bar . Staff were fabulous. A pleasure to wake upto . Surrounded by pine forests .
