Desert Nights Hostel

Great hostel! Great staff, making a highlight for Emy and for Madeleine! Great cost-benefit location, has swimming pool, comfortable bed, closet key, good music, large outdoor area! The only downside is that the pool is outdoor.

The best hostel I ever stayed in

The hostel is very well located but the shower is to be left in your hands. On the rooftop there is a restaurant called El Mosquito which I do not recommend at all. We paid $39 to eat meat.

In general, the hostel is very nice. The reception staff (of the restaurant is not so much) and the cleaner are a love that always guides and helps you, even helping me to get a taxi back to Ica when no company challenged me and my truck was about to leave. The price is fair enough considering the discount in the restaurant (food is fairly equitable and expensive, but so everywhere) and especially the pool in the back of the hotel. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The only drawback (but I think this is in all of Huacachina) is that in a place where many of the activities start very early, the music that goes through the middle of the night is not ideal.

It is impossible to find a silent place in Huachuca.

At the time of booking, I asked if I could watch the cup matches at the venue and they said yes; however, when I asked them to put a match on TV for breakfast, they said it would not be possible, that they would only play Coldplay songs and would have to go to the ica to watch the World Cup matches.

I didn't understand anything that separated me.

The price is high for what the rooms are and that does not include breakfast.If you want to rest, forget it, the music is at its height until 23:00 at night.The kindness of the boy who attended us shone through his absence, was very close and barely spoke to us or explained anything (the night of Thursday 13 May).The cleanliness of the hostel, the location and the Argentine boy who thankfully attended us the next day had a positive impact.

Normal and expensive.

A very nice accommodation with a rooftop terrace, a large community kitchen, an inviting courtyard and even a small fitness room is available. The staff were kind and kind and helpful whenever there was anything. Practically the bar/restaurant that is attached to the building is also practical. So you don't have a long way back in the evening, which is almost nowhere in Huacachina. Only the waiting time is sometimes a little high in the restaurant, so the service can be expanded. The restaurant is probably in the little pool oasis one of the better addresses!

Nice accommodation at a good price

The place is beautiful, clean and well served, the food in the restaurant is very good and with good views of the oasis, the only but is the public bathroom, but we have no problem with it, the fact that the hotel makes you feel like you are really in an oasis in the middle of the desert.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights during our trip to Huacachina and Ica, and we really liked it.
The staff appear to be quite helpful when you attempt some Spanish and the hotel itself is clean, which is very surprising considering the price. This was by far the cheapest hostel in Huacachina and it is great value for money.
It is centrally located by the lagoon and it is right next to all of the sand buggying and sand boarding activities. It is perfect for trekking up the dunes to watch the magnificent sunset.
The restaurant located on the top floor is really nice and cheap, and you get a discount if you stay in Desert Nights hostel.
There is a shared kitchen where you can cook and store your food, and there are shared showers and toilets which again were always clean when we used them.
The rooms on a night time were very quiet unlike some other places in Huacachina, and there are lockers to store your valuables.
Overall I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Huacachina, we had a lovely time.

Great three night stay in 10 bed dorm

The hostel is super simple, but it has the essential comfort for the price. The bathrooms are not so clean. And it doesn't even have its own bar. It's more recommended for team travelers, because for solo travelers it doesn't have as many interactive activities.

For the price until you go

Hostel is relatively quiet, beds are comfortable and toilets are clean... staff are available to provide the necessary information and help... there are locks in the rooms WiFi is bad in the rooms but works everywhere else
