Marriage room + private bathroom: 60 soles Clean and nicely decorated room, housekeeping done every day. Well located, in a shopping street full of restaurants, agencies, and near the beach. Very kind ladies to welcome, we were even entitled to small starting gifts (stylos, bottle openers...). Very good price ratio, I recommend!

Clean, pretty, well located: very well!

The place itself is very nice, especially because it has hot water, something that is difficult to get in the hangar. the reception is always ready to help with whatever you need. the 2 times we left, there was a lot of noise that quite impeded the rest.

But it is noisy.

The hotel is centrally located and is in a clean state. It is not very quiet but for some nights it can be lived very well. Price/performance for the single room with toilet and shower (unfortunately only cold water) fits perfectly.

Recommendations to be made

I stayed here over one week and it's one of the best places to stay in Mancora for the price. It's a fairly new, family run hotel, the rooms very well decorated and kept very clean! Good location on the main street. Would easily stay here again!

Great place to stay in Mancora

I stayed here tonight because I was close to an eppo and returned to Piura, the prices were regular, the smell of a desague sometimes came from the laundromat and the noise that is heard from being near the main avenue and having a mosquito net instead of a window.

This hotel is located five minutes' walk to the beach and two minutes' walk to the main promenade. It also has amenities which are a cut above that of most Hospedajes in Mancora: flatscreen with cable, clean and modern bathrooms. I expected it to be twice the price of the more mom-and-pop looking hotels, but it was only slightly moreso (35 soles/night versus 25, though this was the shoulder season). Cleaning services, decent wifi, and hot(ish) water made this a great spot for me to spoil myself a bit without breaking the bank. Recommend 100%.

A cut above bargain accomodation in Mancora

A quiet place at a good price, very close to the beach and places of interest and shopping, the room is always clean, highly recommended and if you have a small budget this is the place.

Clean and nice.... with all.comforts like fan, tv and wifi. It was quite cheap we paod 70 peruan soles when a hostel in a shared dormitory was charging 50 each... the place os well located and close to the beach
