It is about 3 km from El Nido proper (about 100 pesos each time) but the place is very nice, the owners are decidedly friendly and the cost of a double is lower than the bed in a hostel room.

This is a great guesthouse for the price, the room is spacious and clean and has a fan and air con (which doesn’t work great) the view from your private balcony is beautiful and nice to be out of the chaos of town. 

A highlight for us was the breakfast service. Due to no reception or common area they will ask your breakfast order the day before for your chosen time and bring it to your room to eat on your balcony. It was such a nice touch and it was always delicious. 

My only issue was that there was no WiFi. I know WiFi isn’t essential but this was our first few days in the Philippines and we really rely on WiFi to do research and plan so we had to go into town to find bars that had it which wasn’t ideal. 

Cheap and cheerful 

The inn offers the view of Corong-corong Beach. I love to keep the sliding door open so the breeze can come in. The owners are all very kind.

They rent a bike and offered us pick up service to go to the airport. But the qualities of both the bike and the car were not that comfortable

Beautiful view

A bit away from the actual El Nido village this is in the townpart Corrong Corrong, but a much more quiet option.
Its a few stories high, so dont mind climbing up with your luggage.
Breakfast was brought to our room every morning and was coffee/tea and some toast, fruit and a pancake or egg. Good enough.
The owner is kind and eager to book you a tour (which gives him a small fee offcourse) but you never get any receipt and just hope he really made the call.  And he did, the next morning, just before pick up time.

The only downside here is that, after a long day out, returning, they dont sell drinks.
They have a fridge full, but they dont sell it.
So you have to go out to buy a cold beer or water along the road somewhere.
Thats weird right?

Why dont they sell drinks?

The view from the hotel is very nice. The location is not optimal. You need a tricycle or a scooter to do something, because walking along the main road is not as fun. The rooms were fine until we couldn't finish ours.

Okay, that's it.

The room is really comfortable and the location is quite quiet. There is not much around, but on a tricycle or renting a scooter everything is fine. Breakfast is served in front of the rooms by a friendly and smiling young girl.... The attitude of some staff members could be improved. A smile costs nothing and is greatly enjoyable.

Nice room in height

In line with expectations this structure offers very spacious rooms and not very clean; only the rooms on the top floor give a nice view of the bay (as long as the weather is good to admire it); good breakfast served on tables outside the rooms with pan cake milk coffee etc. Very kind the owner who on the occasion of the cancellation of the boat for Coron helped us to find an alternative to move.

Discrete

We didn’t stay at the hostel but booked private tour A, C and D with them. The service and boat were outstanding and the tour guides were super friendly. We recommend this company for private tours in El Nido.

Best private tour

We stayed 5 nights. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the chaos of El Nido Twon, I recommend this hotel. To get to the center you can take a tricycle for 50php or 100php depending on the driver and you are in 10 minutes. The Wi-Fi Rl worked very well for us, we have Aircon, ventilator, hot water and the attention to the truth very well, friendly and very available. The breakfast in our personal tastes is basic like all we have tasted in the Philippines but very rich, options: pancake with a fruit and omelette or the same but with a coffee.

Clean structure, great view, good breakfast, kind and available staff. We made two private boat trips for ourselves and we found each other very good.
