My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week in April 2017, as a base from which to visit Krakow. The location was very nice - in a nice, quiet area near a large park. Buses into Krakow city centre were regular, punctual and cheap, and only took about 10-15 minutes. In terms of the hotel itself, the room was very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, the shower was nice and warm and powerful, the bathroom spotless, and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and there was a lot of variety of foods available. The staff were, without exception, lovely people. We found them to be very welcoming and helpful and made us feel at home. They all spoke good English (I am from the UK and can't speak Polish!). There was an outdoor seating area with sun-loungers which looked like it would be nice in summer, though the weather was too cold to use it when we were there. We would definitely stay here again
