The reception ladies and location.
What was bad
I stayed there for 4 nights.
The first day, everything was clean and nice.
The location is about a 10 to 15-minute walk to Red Square.
1- However, the Wi-Fi was weak and didn’t reach my room, and even at the reception area, it didn’t work properly.
2- There is no phone in the room to contact the reception, so every time you need anything — even for a simple question — you have to go downstairs yourself.

What was bad
The sound insulation effect of the hotel is very poor! At night, normal volume can also affect others. At the same time, for a hotel that charges more than 5,000 rubles a night, the facilities in the room are very basic! There is no independent kettle, and there are no basic toiletries. The tea provided only has two bags of tea!
Дорогой гость! В отеле на этаже есть кулер с охлажденной питьевой водой и горячей водой.Чай, кофе на ресепшене. Звукоизоляция средняя. В номерах повышенной комфортности есть чайник. Все номера укомплектованы туалетными принадлежностями.
