Apartment looks exactly like it did in the pictures

What was bad

They changed the code to unlock the door while I was out and wouldn’t help me for a couple of hours I had to wait in the reception. Upon check out they didn’t sent me my deposit until 11hours later and it wasn’t the full amount. They sent me pictures of a DIFFERENT room that was left messy and fined me for it. It’s been days they don’t respond even though I sent them actual pictures of the apartment I was in the good condition I left it in. Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never book with them again
