we like the ambiance and the comfort, it's too good even the food is delicious so much varieties and also the amenities is excellent, we enjoyed the spa a lot; the room service is excellent and kind, we really appreciate their effort and gesture, we really wanna come back again, we really appreciate and thank you for the service once again.

Clean modern and reception staff are very supportive , attached grocery to the hotel and rooms are well designed for good use of space
What was bad
Location far from center, avoid spa floor so much smell from hair saloon , Spa is too small and no pool in the hotel, bag boys are careless and never show on time, some young staff are not competent in giving good advise
