Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Rules:
Guests must contact the apartment 1 day before arrival to obtain a pass to the Tower (Moscow City). Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. To obtain an entry pass, guests must send photographs of the passports of all residents, and also have the original documents with them to obtain the pass.
Payment is made only by bank transfer. The payment system commission is 3.5%.
Noisy holidays and parties are not allowed.

Guests must inform about their arrival 1 hour before arrival.
